[Resolved]  Airtel Postpaid. MP Circle — POOR RESPONSE FROM NODAL OFFICER MP

On 02 Jul 2008 to resolve the pending issue of addon connection on my existing mobile [protected], I tried to approach Ms Rupali the designated NODAL OFFICER at Indore Offic on Mob No [protected], which instead was responded by a gentleman ANKIT BARIYA who was not only a confused person but was not able to converse in simple english, he refused to forward my call to NODAL OFFICER Ms RUPALI & if such executives I shy to come on line, the web site of AIRTEL should not show their names & mobile numbers of such callous NODAL OFFICERS. Mr ANKIT inspite of my repeated requests refused to provide me the E-MAIL ID of the corporate office of AIRTEL MOBILE. It is matter of shame that a company with over 7 crores mobile subscriber, has such callous NODAL OFFICERS who refuse to listen to customer requirements and work in watertight compartments. If I am NOT responded by an EXECUTIVE of AIRTEL MOBILE in next 15 days, I will be constrained to break relationship with AIRTEL MOBILE

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is the request regarding my Mobile number - [protected]. As I have been not in Job for last four months and my Airtel postpaid bill is Rs. 4216.00. As I have requested Customer Care please provide me part payment so the mobile bill will be cleared but they refuse the request.

I want to pay the said amount but I am unable to deposit the money due to unavailable of job.

You are requested kindly consider the part payment in four months (1000+1000+1000+1216), it make me help to pay the whole amount. Sir / Madam, Please consider it. Its my humble request.
Internet user ID No mp 291108dsl, we have taken the plan and they told us in this plan 2500 minutes calss are free and but it is not provided . the area service provider has given the other plan in wrongfully manner and after that we have told us that cut the connection and taken other connection so please kindly give my answer that this present plan is 699surf or not .

Really brothers, Airtel is getting worse day by day, Their customer care executives are lacking behavioral skills, not to mention lack of common sense. Same thing to several executives, and outcome is -NULL !! I'm a user of postpaid no. for three years and I'm so fed up of their poor service and specially-behavior and foolishness of customer care(though there's no 'care' at all, still they call it so). Its just an encumbrance to keep this no. because its my first no. and i don't want to change it !!
no application of CRM(customer relationship management at all) in the organization !!
I reckon soon this company will loose a large no. of customers to the hands of competitors.

Airtel has got oneof the best team out of all the operators in India. I have and am still using airtel + Idea + voda but I personally fond airtel connectivity the best. Their officers are humble and prompt. I have Uttaranchal + chhatisgarh + NCT + CAL nos. of airtel and I am very much satisfied. Good job BHARTI AIRTEL !!!
i am manoj soni an airtel user, i want to say that The service of airtel mobile is so poor. in any complain of customer airtel nodal officer and appeplete authority oficer doesn't respond to customer for their complaint.
i have also a complaint about my prepaim service, the wrong balance is deducted from airtel and they didn't given me a satisfy reason for these deductions.
so at ast i am going to consumer forum and i want to do claim on airtel.

I have been probably one of the first users of Airtel since it got into the business in Delhi. since then have bn a loyal customer and with every move hv used their services, which am disappointed to say has deteriorated infinitely.

1) My prepaid Bangalore no. [protected]. problems :-
(a) network Coverage is low at my residence on Palace Road (embassy habitat)
(b) inspite of complaints still get promotional calls & smses. which disturbs me during meetings etc.

2) My husband's Bangalore Post Paid no. [protected]
(a) ISD was not activated, for that had to go to their office.
(b) While out of station, he has not been recieving calls..on the other side there is no ring going through. (while other Airtel numbers are working in that area so its not a netwirk prob!!)

3) Our Hyderabad mob No. [protected]
(a) This has blackberry service for which we paid a full yr advance on the insistance of Airtel staff.
now that we have shifted to Bangalore and have taken a new Airtel connection in Bangalore - they are refusing to use the given advance to the new Bangalore no. By this its become cumbersome and expensive... using 2 phone handsets and paying Blackberry & phone charges on roaming. NEED THIS RESOLVED URGENTLY. PLEASE!

I feel we as their customers deserve better service and consideration. Even when new /cheaper providers like Uninor etc came we did not shift but Airtel is using this loyalty more like they have Majority of the Mkt.

REQUEST NODAL OFFICERS in HYDERABAD & BANGALORE to solve our above issues.

Look fwd to recieving call from Airtel sorting out. Like what Airtel used to be in the initial days. :)

Do agree with you guy's, airtel is the pain in the since the day you purchase the connection & Mr Bharti mittal is the hole of all his top dog's
My mobile no is[protected]. frequent call drops and network problem faced. I am just to change the service provided as this problem was not solved even after lots of followup.
no any body proper response ...only the deduct amount...all are thief and bull..
100% AGREE...THEY R SUCH A STUPID FELLOW..
I have asked for a Disconnection on May 2nd 2011 on my Airtel Landline & Broadband. Airtel have
disconnected the landline on June 2nd 2011 and are asking me to pay the May bill - even though I was not present at that address and neither did I use that service since I relocated to another city.
