[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid — Wrong deduction for services not subscribed | |||
Hello, I have not opted for GAMES MANIA_5 subscription but every day Rs10 is being deducted from my Mobile Prepaid account since Friday 12th Oct 2012. In the past I faced a similar issue and had requested Airtel to discontinue the deduction and reimburse the amount back, which was done on 1st Sept 2012 but almost after 1.5 months it has restarted. I request to please discontinue the deduction and reimburse the amount back to my prepaid account at the earliest and to ensure that this does not REPEATS. My Mobile number is [protected]. AirTel — deduction of services not subscribed
Mobile service of AIRTEL.My mobile no is [protected] and I have prepaid service so they deduct money at their own will depending on the amount present.On Sat they deducted Rs 45 for hello tunes and downloading of some song which i have never opted for and there is noone except me using the phone. The customer service is most disgusting,they do not answer nor let you talk to their senior and respond by sending message whch does not have the option to my problem.with great difficulty I had to ask someone else to help me get the refund. Today it is the same story again now they have deducted 15rs for my tunes and when I contacted customercare he tells me it is my mistake.Imagine you deduct money on your own you have all the records and i wonder how AIRTEL trains its employees to harass customers when I am a senior citizen.
i would like to communicate witth someone senior who can understand.

Airtel — Getting paid for those services which is not subscribed
Dear Sir,My mother is being charged by the Airtel Mobile Service for all those additional paid services which she never opted for and she is not at all interested in any additional paid services of Airtel either.My mothers name is Sushma Purohit and her mobile no is [protected]. My father has contacted Airtel office in Bhilai several times and told this matter to the Airtel staff.But even after repeated complaints the matter is not resolved.Please take stern action or suggest measures to sue Airtel authorities in this matter.
