[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — airtel (mobile office activation and 121 customer care no) | |
this is the complain against airtel prepaid no (+91 [protected]) REQUEST REFERENCE NO [protected] i have sent a text message for the activation of gprs settings at (MO 52567)and mobile office settings(MO 223 (10 DIGIT PIN NO ON THE GPRS CARD) on 17th of jan 2009, i got 2 confirmation message that your gprs will be activated within 24 hrs and your request has been saved. your mobile office will be activated within 48 hrs, so i again tried to cal 121 than i was told that your service will be activated on 19 jan 2009 at 6.30 pm, when i checked my mobile for internet use i was unable to use internet service coz it was not activated and i was also trying to cal 121 but they have transferred my cal to computerized service, i was jus fed up of this service, its really cheap. they cant full fill their commitment on time, i just wanna know if they can provide me better service if not please disconnect my connection and return my money 180 for SIM CARD 450 GPRS CARD hope for a quick reply or ill take another hard action against airtel ashok gupta [protected] [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

respected sir, in my headset motorola w270, i want airtel live.i have setting already setting, but airtel live is not aceess on my headset. so i had call in customer care, after that my complaint is not solved, i have written complaint 5-6 times after that my problem is not solved. so kindly solve my problem.

The above mentioned numbers are taken under the name of ALRAS Fruits Pvt. Ltd. and are Airtel Postpaid GPRS 99 (unlimited)plan numbers. These numbers are already activated but internet is not accessible on these numbers. We are unable to use GPRS facility Please activate GPRS on these numbers. The Airtel numbers are [protected]/62/63/64.

i m Khalid pasha using airtel prepaid connection from a long time and i m using mobile office (mo) internet feature provided by airtel
i have been charge every day for RS 15/- but the speed i m gating is not enough to load internet page i have to refresh the page for 10 to 20 times to load an single page example to load WWW.Google.com, yahoo.com or any another web site on my laptop
i have complained on the 121 customer care number number of time and have only been give only time that i will be receiving a call from the tacknikil department and they say the problem is solve and nothing happens
i was told that with (MO) SERVICE I WILL BE GATING THE SPEED OF 30 TO 40kbps
the speed is what i m getting is not even 1kbps
i have 1s more given my complain on the techinecal department of gprs and waiting for my problems to be solved
not sour when it is going to happen

Dear Sir,I want to activated my GPRS Internet Card of Rs. 450/-. I send the SMS on 3rd July 08 at 12.03 PM but still i have not got any response about activation.
