[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Customer care no does not exis

I, Mr shaikh Gulam gause having airtel prepaid connection no [protected], while I am trg to call for any enquiry or greiviences to the customer care no the reply comes some time that no does not exists, some time caLL recieved but when i am choosing option 9 for talk to customer care executive the call disconnect or reply comes check the number you had dialed, it means airtel is cheating with the people of India, or their customer care executive is cheating with airtel as well as customer also.In the may 2007 one sms i recived regardind 1000 sms and in just 50/- rs, then i give call to customer care executive and enquire about the scheme and customer care executive reply that all the local 1000sms is in 50/- then i enquired that local means what then he replied that local means maharashtra goa and mumbai's mobile no is local. then after full enquiry i activated after refilling of 50/- but after activation message also my all local sms were charged 1/-per sms, then i complained to customer care executive and also visit the airtel gallery at vasai after reciving message that wrong charges will be recredited but i am very sorry to say that now almost 6 months left not a single rupee return back, on yesterday 29/11/2007 i give one call to mumbai land line number where always my call charges were dedeuctd by 1.50rs per minute but yesterday the call charges for 1.30mnts call was 5.30rs. and many more question which required ample of time. airtel is awarded best service provider in the gsm service but I think airtel also want worst service provider award by customer. on the last month your customer care executive talk very abusive language,

Airtel — UNWANTED SUBSCRIPTION OF USELESS SERVICE -- igmobi.com(text messages service)

I had subscribed for text Based Sevice in Airtel WAP through http://igmobi.com.I am losing Rs 10/- per day for no benefits.I want to deactivate this subscription by tonight.Please be kind enough to deactivate this subscription by tonight I will be grateful.(My cell no is [protected].)

i am Satyendra, student of Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad, using airtel prepaid connection with number [protected].sir today 0n 26 jan 2009 at 9:55 .I recharge my airtel after confirmation of std tarrif of Rs. 99 for 3 months validity with Rs. 1/min call by the retailer but when i call then i found that call rate is Rs. 1.50/min. Then i call customer care they told me the Rs. 99 tarrif is converted into Rs. 97 tarrif and Rs. 99 tarrif for the life time recharge which i don't want .all this is happened due to the lack of information by the retailer and now he is not commiting his mistake.So please help me and transfer this life time recharge into std tarrif for 3 months validity with Rs 1/min call rate.oterwise can't tolerate all these anymore and definitely i'll drop my connection.

my mobile no [protected] i have recharge by a coupen no [protected] of amt.555 but there is no balance credit to me i have complaint to costumer care complaint no is [protected] dated 23/01/2009 but there is no response. And they say that a S.T.D. pack hase been activate for one month against this amount please refund my money

i got an Airtel Prepaid Mobile SIM card No [protected] Through your dealer. i submit all the required documents along with my Photo. on 14/01/2009 a SMS recd from Airtel regarding unable to confirm my local reference.
dear sir, i am asking you to if all of my corresspondance reached at my address then why your person failed to locate my address. its simply thing that he should not approched my address. he is prepair wrong verification report of my case. in this regard i also sent a SMS vide my compalaint no. [protected] dated 14/01/2009 at 5.40 PM confirm by your side.
i ones again request you to please activate my phone as earli as possiable to avoid me to harrash.

Fun Zone http://igmobi.com" i have allready talk to your customer care center but he was saying that your deduct charges will be refundabel and this services willbe deactivte on 6/01/2009 at 1:30 pm after than this massage is coming again and again i have already eight time talk to customer care but i have no received any response from your side and last four days my balance was deducted Rs.40/- please refund it and stop this services .

main customer center main 50 bar phone kar chuka hun maray mobile per 64611010 say ak massage aa raha hain jisay mara balance Rs 10. kat raha hain or yahan massage 1 january say aa raha hain mainay 2 january ko care center main baat ki to unohnay mughay 6 january ka time diya or bolay ki agar is beech main massage atat hain to apko apka kata hua amount wapis kar diya jayega unhonay mughay 2 ya 3 bar pasay wapis kiya parantu service band nahin ki or maray mobile ko bhi lock kar diya jisay main customer care center par bhi baat nahin kar pa raha hun or last 4 days say mera balance 40 rupees kat gaya hain jo ki mughay wapis nahin diya gaya hain please aap mera balance wapis kar do or yeh service band kar do .

i am last two year reguler use airtel prepaid card, but last two weeks airtel friendz chat has been renewed for RS.30 this cancel loading system.
on 8th feb.my balance is reduced in huge amount almost 380rs.when i talk to customer care then informed me that it is technical fault, within 24hrs it'll be rectify then ur problem will be solve automatically.but after 24hrs, when i call customercare then informed me that i've done iSD call and so your balance is reduced.but till now i've never do any iSD call, i try to make understand them to may be it is your technical fault but they were not ready to listen also.my request no.-<1>[protected] <2>[protected] <3>[protected].I WANT TO FEEDBACK WITHIN 24HRS.
