[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Customer care no does not exis

I, Mr shaikh Gulam gause having airtel prepaid connection no [protected], while I am trg to call for any enquiry or greiviences to the customer care no the reply comes some time that no does not exists, some time caLL recieved but when i am choosing option 9 for talk to customer care executive the call disconnect or reply comes check the number you had dialed, it means airtel is cheating with the people of India, or their customer care executive is cheating with airtel as well as customer also.In the may 2007 one sms i recived regardind 1000 sms and in just 50/- rs, then i give call to customer care executive and enquire about the scheme and customer care executive reply that all the local 1000sms is in 50/- then i enquired that local means what then he replied that local means maharashtra goa and mumbai's mobile no is local. then after full enquiry i activated after refilling of 50/- but after activation message also my all local sms were charged 1/-per sms, then i complained to customer care executive and also visit the airtel gallery at vasai after reciving message that wrong charges will be recredited but i am very sorry to say that now almost 6 months left not a single rupee return back, on yesterday 29/11/2007 i give one call to mumbai land line number where always my call charges were dedeuctd by 1.50rs per minute but yesterday the call charges for 1.30mnts call was 5.30rs. and many more question which required ample of time. airtel is awarded best service provider in the gsm service but I think airtel also want worst service provider award by customer. on the last month your customer care executive talk very abusive language,

I have repeatedly requested atyour Airtel office at Borvali Station Mumbai to discontinue sending me unrequired SMS which I had not asked for.Also through reply SMS the same done.Inspite of this some mad person from your office still sends me SMS and deducts my money.
Can you stop this nonsence and refund my money at the earliest. [protected]

I Mr. Anil kumar Tiwari my mobile number is [protected] my card is showing inactive and any one has using the same number because i am not using the card from last three months but airtel has given that number to any other one but my card is inactive but any other has purchase the same number but thier was my name not a purchaser name what can i do
i don, t want any sms. last nigth i talked to custmer care . as soon as stop it . i m not aree to ur servic. u sent sms without my permission and cut my money .

few days ago, a callertune had been automatically activated on my no.([protected]).
I called many times to customer care for refund my money which have been deducted from balance.After much more effect i have been able to get my deducted balance.
But again after some days they again deducted Rs 50 from my balance.And nobody(customer care) listening my problem.
Now tell me what should i do, either i should replace my sim or something else, pls give me suggestion.
other companies provide 1 Paise/Sec, Why airtel is back...

I am Binal Shah having Airtel Prepaid Connection No. [protected]. while I am tryingg to call any the customer care no the reply comes, some time call recieved but when i am choosing option 9 for talk to customer care executive the call disconnect or reply comes check the number you had dialed, or gives some recorded massages, it means yourcustomer care executive is cheating with airtel as well as customer also. When i tried to call by other Number your customer care executive Anand spoke vary rudely to me. on 4th Nov 2009 I found my balance was Rs. 52.4 which was Rs. 62.4 a day before, I made a call to customer car, by they didn't attained the call, by calling from other No. They replied me that the cricket pack is activated on my mobile and blamed that I have subscribed this sirvice even though I have not received any call to subscribe the same. this is not first time during last 2 to 3 months they have charged me with this type of services even if I have not subscribed the same. your customer care executive have unsuscribed me with cricket pack service but have not refunded me the amont charged against that. i request you to refund the amt. and ask your executives to talk with people politely.
