[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Customer care no does not exis

I, Mr shaikh Gulam gause having airtel prepaid connection no [protected], while I am trg to call for any enquiry or greiviences to the customer care no the reply comes some time that no does not exists, some time caLL recieved but when i am choosing option 9 for talk to customer care executive the call disconnect or reply comes check the number you had dialed, it means airtel is cheating with the people of India, or their customer care executive is cheating with airtel as well as customer also.In the may 2007 one sms i recived regardind 1000 sms and in just 50/- rs, then i give call to customer care executive and enquire about the scheme and customer care executive reply that all the local 1000sms is in 50/- then i enquired that local means what then he replied that local means maharashtra goa and mumbai's mobile no is local. then after full enquiry i activated after refilling of 50/- but after activation message also my all local sms were charged 1/-per sms, then i complained to customer care executive and also visit the airtel gallery at vasai after reciving message that wrong charges will be recredited but i am very sorry to say that now almost 6 months left not a single rupee return back, on yesterday 29/11/2007 i give one call to mumbai land line number where always my call charges were dedeuctd by 1.50rs per minute but yesterday the call charges for 1.30mnts call was 5.30rs. and many more question which required ample of time. airtel is awarded best service provider in the gsm service but I think airtel also want worst service provider award by customer. on the last month your customer care executive talk very abusive language,

I Bhola Nath Yadav having airtel prepaid no [protected] about three year. last six month i am fed up from this service when i want to clearfy own grievances to costmer care no exists, sometimes if made
sitting man giving reply, machine is not responding now come after sometimes. Recently[protected] i have recharged Rs 500 that day full offer Rs 500 but i got only Rs450. 2nd problem, unwanted service was actived without my permission and every month charged Rs50 like voicechat &sms. i sent so many sms i do not want any service . here i am asking chairman of airtel service provider, u are cheating people like ramalingaraju.u are not bother about costmer. futher i want to request to deactivete voice chat &unwanted sms whole day disturbing to me, guide sitting people on office to resolve the people problem immidaitely.

10-11-09 irecharged 500Rs but not get full only Rs 450
2nd unwantwd servire actived without my permission like voice chat &sms . every month cut my balanceabout Rs 50 i am so fed up this service only doing cheating with people not helping. i don`t any service my no. de activete like voice chat &sms soon& refund my money

I totally agree with your complaint and faced the same problem. they activated the value added services 3 without actually me subsribing to it. It left me no choice but to switch to Idea. I am utterly dissapointed with Airtel. Never going to use it again!!!
My name is Rajesh G.Raichura my No.is [protected] i am using this airtel prepaid since 2 years with NOP service now i can't use my NOP since 7 days but they are deducting the charges for NOP while talking to customer care excutives some of them have told me that this service has been closed by AIRTEL some of them have assured me that will be started within 4 hours but it is not being started yet and they are deducting the amount for the providing the service while no service there more worst they have banned my no.for customer care hence, i can't even talk with customer care executive this is big cheating because they have closed service without any information & now they are debiting my account for no services
HAI this rameshkumar . i am your prepaid customer. your network is good, but your customer care response was very bad. so keep a good response to give all your customer care staffs
I have dual sim facility in my cell and I have confirmed IMEI No is perfect to my handset.One of my Vodafone sim working as regularly, Airtel is not working in my my hand set, I hope you will Clarify immediately this problem.

Airtel has wrongly deducted Rs.90/- and Rs.21/- consecutively on 22/11/09 from my mobile (No.:[protected]) prepaid account whereas the charge to be deducted is Rs.35/- for using Mobile Office service as usually they do. So, I could not contacted with my friends and relatives in urgent need during that day as my balance amount dropped to a negligible paise.

I contacted with Airtel customer care service for a several times from 22/11/09 to date and could not get back my balance amount of Rs.(90+21-35)/- i.e. Rs.76/- till date though an executive of customer care confirmed me about the wrong deduction of Rs.70/- from my account.

I would like to request you to help me to get back that deducted amount as early as possible and kindly inform me about your action via this email ID.

i am prepaid customer for the past 6 years . i am highly worried because no one in the customer care knows all the details about airtel services., even we complain to "stop the prayer " message both by calling to customer care and sms also to stop the service they keep on sending the message till now and deducting one rupee continuously sir.

I am using Airtel frienz card. I am trying to join CUG group from last 2 months. I called in Customer Care center approx 15 times. Most of time I spoke to many supervisors (senior person) in CC. And every time they are telling me your problem will get resolve as soon as possible. But still I am facing same proble. Its really bad service of Airtel.
