[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Regarding the Prepaid Service GPRS service
I am a regular user of the new world of mobile and faces a lot of problem regarding the services given by the companies. The present complain is about the GPRS system which is enabled in my mobile no +91 [protected] And for the 1st month I used the Service and after that there is some nerwork problem . when consulting the Customer care and serive they use to state that the problem is in the local tower. And I regulary use to get deduct my account by Rs: 249.00 per month which cost a lot for me. Two months they deducted and while saying they say you should disable the service . So here the statement is that the money which I pay is to use the service and when I Do not use the serice or the product given by then it should not be chareged as the fault is there they have there network problem, not me so why should I bear the loss of two months charges with only the faith that they are working on the problem. It does not justify the word Prepaid Connection. When I have Rs. 10 I have to use Rs. 10 only not going to negative here they use to send the account negative also, whatever the problem may be. So I need some suggestion what to do?
