[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Regarding the Prepaid Service GPRS service

Respected Sir,
I am a regular user of the new world of mobile and faces a lot of problem regarding the services given by the companies. The present complain is about the GPRS system which is enabled in my mobile no +91 [protected] And for the 1st month I used the Service and after that there is some nerwork problem . when consulting the Customer care and serive they use to state that the problem is in the local tower. And I regulary use to get deduct my account by Rs: 249.00 per month which cost a lot for me. Two months they deducted and while saying they say you should disable the service . So here the statement is that the money which I pay is to use the service and when I Do not use the serice or the product given by then it should not be chareged as the fault is there they have there network problem, not me so why should I bear the loss of two months charges with only the faith that they are working on the problem. It does not justify the word Prepaid Connection. When I have Rs. 10 I have to use Rs. 10 only not going to negative here they use to send the account negative also, whatever the problem may be. So I need some suggestion what to do?

Subject:- Deduction of credit for unwanted services without request

My cell number id [protected]. I am not subscrive any service/ no received any call from airtel today[protected] on my cell. At 13:10:28 I received a message " Dear Customer, Rs 25 has been charged for Subscription of missed You services for the current month" Sender: 4775, Message center: [protected].

When I talked to with Airtel Customer service officer Mr. Ajay by dialing [protected] at 15:45 hrs for know the reason of Deduction of credit for unwanted services without request now Mr. Ajay said, the service is activated as per ypur request. When I complained that I never request or subscribe that service he told me that, he is unable to provide the detail because his server is down for 24 Hrs & says to send the SMS on 121 to received the detail information & unsubscribe the service. Now I am send the SMS to 121 as per Mr. Ajay's request/Customer care officer but no response from Airtel.

Without my request or my knowledge Airtel have deducted for Subscription of missed call. It had been noticed that lot o[censored]nwanted sms stuffs and invitation calls are received which disturbs during office recehours / meetings. Expecting a better service from this mobile service provider in future. In name of entertainments please dont fool the customers by deducting from the credits without their knowledge or acceptance.

Please unsubscribe the missed call service and return my Deduction amount.

tommorow come sms on my mobile customer care writing that take rs 249 for gprs then i call to customer care then he said that no charge will be taken (nahi legya) then today i see my blance is-30
then after call to 121 and say complain to her then he said that i will no link after 24 hours call to me
then 5 hours i call then hr lock my customer care u service is very poor tommorow my moblie blance is 102 today is negative 30 ther are go 132 rupees i will no call any where please see my a/c detail

hi! i am rishi i have one airtel [protected] number from orissa but at my surprice when spoke abt my gprs connection through mobile the kind of response I got from the customer care is unparliamantry and they are not at all professional they are very rude with customers call center executives in orissa never listen to u they just try to save their time never allow the customer to speak, they treat customer is really bad. In comparision to any other state airtel subscribers are more in orissa but the service and offers really a matter to think about

My no. is [protected]. I'm an airtel Rajasthan costumer. I've subscribed the GPRS service of Airtel with a recharge of Rs.395/- on my prepaid connection on 6thJuly. On 11 July onwards, I went on my tour outside the state for around 20 days. I was in roaming and on 19 July, I got an interruption in my service. I not able to access my GPRS connectivity. The people in the Rajasthan are not responding to my calls. Being in roaming, I am charged for calling to even COSTUMER CARE CENTRE.
I want my GPRS connectivity back as soon as possible. Will you please guide me, to whomsoever it may concern...??

I am a new customer in the world of airtel. i think the services provided by airtel are far better than any network service in india.regarding charges i regretfully say airtel is not same everywhere. for instance i would like to present one example.i paid rs 395 for mobile office for the whole month in rajasthan whereas in sikkim i am to pay rs999 for the same service. i simply want to ask when company is same, services are same why this difference of money is there. to make the services more faithful and loyal airtel should remove all the differences and become same as it say anywhere anytime.

AIRTEL(Orissa) — recharges amount for GPRS

i am recharge a Rs 289 /- for gprs using in mobile in 23.11.09 as per airtel recards it will activate in 24 hours but till now it was not saloved i was complined lot of times & i also told them to if it will not possible to activate please retun my money ofter there service charges deducting but they cannot solved
i hav rchge ma sim wit 395rs charge 4 gprs serive 4 a month offer in rajasthan its like i hav msges for reqiure settigs arnd 50 times bt nt once i gt tat..nws is 11th dy..wat the mean of costmer care nw they evn nt pickin up ma call...such service the r providin here, ,
