AirTel — DEACTIVATION OF SIM CARD
PHONE NUMBER - [protected]Dear sir,
I, Chass Saifee purchased Reliance sim Card and migrated to airtel recently, but from the date of migrate of the sim card i am not able to make outgoing calls from the handset, i verified replacing other sim card with same handset, the sim card is working, so there is no problem with the handset which i am using.
I got airtel sim card after i migrated form the reliance but even after making repeated visits to the Airtel Customer Care, there is no token of sympathy for its customer & no response regarding this matter which has left me helpless and i am losing alot of bussiness as this is my one and only co-operate number.
PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD & KINDLY DO THE NEED FULL.
AirTel — Deactivate -Airtel Sim cards
Deactivated for no reason.whenever itried to contact i am getting message saying this no.does not exist.Icontacted customer care center & whenever i contacted them they promised that it will be activated in 1hrs time.Even after 3hrs it was not activated.I had the similar experiance on 20th also.They took more than 24hrs to activate.I would like to the reason for deactivation and also reason for delay in activation.your action in this respect will be highly appreciated.Airtel — Unfair Deactivation of Airtel Sim
Hi,I am an Airtel user for past 6years for the number- [protected], but since last year i am out of India but i made sure to maintain my sim so that it remains active, all of a sudden few days back my sim was deactivated without any prior notice or atleast a mail, when i contacted customer care i got 3 different reasons,
1. first time executive said that my validity has expired and if i would recharge it, it would be fine.
2. Second time i was told that its deactivated due to Negative Verification.
3. at last i was told that its deactivated as maybe i did not use it sufficiently or did not get it recharged as required.
After all this variety of reasons i asked them for a way to get it reactivated and i was promptly told that it has already been realloted to a new customer although if i try and call my own number it goes "not reachable" and it was baffling that within a week of deactivation they are saying it is realloted to a new customer.
Furthermore when i stressed on more details, there was no one to answer and each time i am getting a same copy pasted reply from the nodal officer of Airtel- ncr(Ms.Swati). My friend also went to airtel relationship centre for a probable solution as the number is very important to me as its distributed in my all official and personal contacts, but it was really dissapointing that even the manager at the store did not had any answer to our queries.
This behaviour is highly unacceptable from Airtel and i am looking for a way to get reasonable answers to my queries. Also i would like to know is this under a law that a deactivated sim can be realloted within 7days??
