[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — customer care service

I activated airtel live on saturday but without downloading anything i was deducted 15 INR.And also iam unable to talk to coustomer care executive.

What is the Customer Care Phone Number, Mail id for Prepaid and Post Paid and Land Line and Broad Band connections
At present in Malad (W) Mumbai S.V. Road about 1/2 K.M. area (Goraswadi, Khandwala college, Narsing lane naaka, Shantinagar, Ganpati Temple etc. upto Marve Rd. Signal touching S.V.Rd.) these areas are highly busy and full of trafic, there is no net work of Airtel since noon dtd. 7.6.2013, shop keepers have stopped refilling prepaid mobiles in absence of Airtel net work, the concern authorities sends us computer generated email replies ...!!!
Un intimated balance deductions is the majour problem in airtel.
Iam trying to call to the customer care it is unable to connect.
pls help me iam facing problem with this thing will continue again and again i will surely porting to other network.

I am Rajesh here. My Land line No.[protected]. My monthly Data Usage is 100 GB. You have reduced the speed at 75 GB itself. It is very unfair. I could not use the internet for the past 3 days. I shall wait two more days to start my new billing cycle.

I have contacted customer care centre yesterday and today also. They feel sorry for it and assured me to resume the high speed immediately. Till now the speed was not increased. I regret very much for the very poor service from Air Tel.

Please resume the speed at the earliest.
