[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — customer care service

I activated airtel live on saturday but without downloading anything i was deducted 15 INR.And also iam unable to talk to coustomer care executive.

I have charged 10Rupees for every 10days. I dnt wish to get any messages.
I want to Unsubsribe this. I keep getting message from AX-543213 and 543216.
I kindly request to Unsubscribe this as soon as possible.

whenever I call customer care one error occur" please subscribe gprs first for connecting data call center ".but my gprs service is activate before this call.

the servicing airtel has become very worst now..

SmS servicing was problem in last two months, no appropriate action had taken till now, ,

airtel prepaid mobile calling card — unsubscribed messages

This is my FOURTH complaint in less than three months regarding debiting money from my pre-paid account for unsubscribed messages from hello tunes and AM -PROMO.-5432105, TM PROMOS, TM COLORS, AM543213...
This needs to stop immediately & money be refunded ASAP.
Also, request give a good reason as to why I should not approach Consumer Court?

Dear sir,

I had recharged on my mobile with Rs 120/-(fulltalk time) through easy recharge on[protected] at 10.25pm at that time I got Rs.106.79/- and remaining balance amt had not credited on my account.plz cheach that matter and inform me ASAP.

Firstly to bring to your notice that i have already activated <DND> service. This meant no more promotional calls or message will be sent to my number. this type of service was be en explained to us by one of your customer care officer and its procedure to stop the promotional calls or messages,
and i did so.

Inspite of this i have been send messages & today accidently some message was saved and Rs.99/- was deducted.

I request u to kindly refund the amount

Airtel Prepaid — Airtel Prepaid Customer Care

Hi,
I have an Airtel Prepaid SIM with me. Airtel has activated a disgusting service without me asking for it or dialing any number. Now when I try to deactivate it< I get the message that no service is active for my number. Then why the hell is Airtel charging me each day? Each morning my account is debited.

I tried contacting customer care and the disgusting customer care service that Airtel has, it just doesn't get through. I tried both 121 and [protected] and I'm not able to get through. when I type option 9 to speak to a Customer care representative, I get the message "Type AIRTEL and SMS to 121 for your balance and validity query" and the line is disconnected. This has been happening for more than a week now. What am I supposed to do?

I'm totally disgusted with Airtel's service and the way they are cheating their users.
