[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — customer care service

I activated airtel live on saturday but without downloading anything i was deducted 15 INR.And also iam unable to talk to coustomer care executive.

i can have contact with customer care for last two month. i complaint to customer care with my friend phone. say not giving correct response. and still i have that problem.
i my phone my friend no is added in reject list i want to remove from reject list. what the process for that.
i lost my cell phone past 3 hours back now it is switch off please sir, how i will trace out my cell phone and i want same number for me

last week i called customer care n asked the person that for msg 50p is going, but my tarrif is 5p only but why 50p is going... that person dint reply me properly...

i asked after i recharged 1sec pls scheme they are charging 50p per local msg.. that person said i checked yr balance u have a offer for 20 msg ul b charged 25p its free u can check *123*1# for yr balance... after that it will be yr normal charge that is 5p.. but from my balance 50p is going for each local msg..

that person dint reply me properly... i want to know the reason... and i want to get 5p scheme back..

I don't want to download /activate any settings on my airtel prepaid no.which is: [protected].
so pls stop these downloading programme without request from your customer.

I would be very thankful if you take this complain as on priority.

prepaid airtel — activation of gprs without confirmation

Sir, I ve complained already earlier in this regard that Air tel is activatiing services on my mobile no [protected] without my permission or confirmation and 2 days before I received a call from Air tel that no further services will be activated on my No. but today i.e. on 02.12.2009 at 5.08 (early in the moring) "missed call alert" service has been updated and charges has been deducted from my account, however i never subscribe for such type of service. So please take the action immedeately so that no further service may be launched/activated automatically.

AIRTEL PREPAID MOBILE GPRS SERVICE — NOT ALLOWING TO ACCESS GPRS DURING DAY TIME

ON 30 TH NOV 2009 I ERECHARGE RS 99 PACK TO ACCES GPRS MONTHLY, BUT NOT CEDITED EMMEDIATLY, HENCE I CONTACTED TO CUSTERMER CARE ,THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU SHOULD SELECT PACK OF RS 89, THEN I ERECHARGE RS 89 .DONE TWICLY. MY CEREDIT MB 410, STILL THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING ME TO ACCES GPRS DURING DAY TIME.I CONTACTED TO CUSTMER CARE SEVARAL TIMES ,BUT NO USE

sir without giving any option jokes activated on my mobile No [protected] and dedecting charges. This is nothing but a cheating. If the airtel authoritie is not taking any action or stop this type of cheating i will take leagal action who ever concerned.

i'm having similar problem, i was using mobile office (RS 474 pm)and was getting good speeds( about 18 KBps peak) now i'm getting only 2 - 3 kBps in the same area. tell me why i'm cheated like this.

I have receive two messaage about the hellow tune activated charge of hello tune download
I have not activate any Hellow tune so please refund me my money immediate otherwise i will compliant to consumer court.

I received sms on 12 Nov 09 from airtel stating about the new rates 1ps/sec and 1.2 ps/sec. after recharge Rs. 64, avail talktime of Rs50. When I recharged for Rs 64, got tolktime Rs.0.00. Transaction ID[protected].
This lead bad ipression, as well as mislead me from Airtel.
Customer care executives also not responsing properly in such reards.

Airtel Prepaid — Inturrupting Service

My Mobile No is [protected] and I am not able to make calls for last 1.5 months, coz whenever I make a call it disconnects automatically within 13-15 seconds and if someone calls me then my phone answers as not reachale or swithoff, when I was out of Delhi in the last week my phone was fine and I was able to make calls and answer as well, but in my home town I am not getting good service at all. I am staying in Wazirabad North Delhi. I had also made complaints to the customercare but they only ask for time. First I called on 14-11-09 they told me the problem is going to resolve in 10 days again I called on 24-11-09 they told the problem was solved but nothing happened. please sort out my problem .

I recharged my airtel number[protected]RAJ.)prepaid with Rs 95/- for the internet gprs connection on 08.12.2009 for the internet. But the facility for day and night bothered me a lot. When i access the internet during night after 12 am (night 2Gb free) the cost cuts from the day balance(100Mb) as well as from night balance.
it deducted 25 Mb till 11/12/2009. from the day balance.
your customer care helpline number 121 also doesn't reply my querries since last three days and even customer care executive doesn't pick up the phone.

sir i used a number [protected] so now it has been used by some one ..so please stop that card today itself ..i lost that card and i left without talking much notice about it ..and you please take a seriosu note about this to stop this card, , and tel me what to do to stop that number my number is [protected] plz do me needy ...

I have given a complaint in the airtel customer care regarding invalid deduction of charges from my mobile,i have given complain so many times but its not being solved yet,and every time i call them they say just say its under process,i am just fade up with these services,pls solve my problem and improve the customer care services.
my no. is [protected], customer care no is not running, 2times disagree services are runnig, so i have decide never activate the account, and also sugest friend stop the airtel, my father use airtel and recharge minimam 1500rs mothly also stopped him, if you are not sure chake the status, i am very disagree with airtel service, my father no is [protected]
