i issued my airtel prepaid number which is [protected] 6 years ago.
i was using it since 6 years . Day before yesterday my sim was unable to connect to network . and today also same problem.
it just tells me to insert sim.
i contacted airtel office . they said sim is damaged . and asked me details of this number.
My father isseud this number in his name for me in 2010 .
Now the company says that this number is not in the name of your father we cant do any thing, provide me the correct detail .
i m giving the details what i gave to the shop at the time of buying the sim.
i configured this sim with my fathers name.
but now the company says sim is in the name of some other person we cant do anything, provide the correct detail.
this airtel number [protected] i issued 6 years ago and every person i know is having this number. my bank account, paytm, whatsapp, facebook, .

My phone is not reading this sim nor other phones.

i called customer care 198, they said we cant do any thing, provide the correct details.
