I am an Airtel member for past 1 year, recently I have changed my post paid account to prepaid one. My no is [protected], it is a Pune nos and I am using this cell now at Mumbai. My prepaid balance is 0. From last 3 days my account is been deducted unnecessarily for some download which i have not activated. Now my account is running in minus. I tried calling the customer care but they gave me a number [protected] which is constantly engaged. I request you to stop the download immediately and reimburse my balance amount at the earliest.

They already deduct amount from my account many time and that time they select a hallo tune of Condoms add.. Many time i complaint against the company in customer care but they said that "U selected that Hallo Tunes for your mobile..
