[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — charging me extra money unnecessarily everyday.

SINCE LAST 3 MONTHS I M CONTINEOUSLY SENDING SMS TO 511 REGARDING DEACT GPRS, THE REPLY IS "YOUR REQUEST IS BEEN PROCEEDED N U WILL RECIEVE CONFORMATION WITHIN 24 HOURS. NEXT DAY AGAIN THE ACCOUNT IS DEBITED BY 14.99. WHEN I CALL THE COSTOMER CARE TO LOUNCH A COMPLAINT THE NOTEDOWN THE COMPLAINT N THE REPLY IS PRESENTLY SERVER IS DOWN CALL AFTER SOME TIME, IT IS REPEATED. NEXT TIME THE REPLY IS UR COMPLAINT IS FORWARDED UIT WILL BE DEACTIVATED WITHIN 48 HOURS AND ALSO UR BALANCE WILL B CREDITED BACK, BUT USELESS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD AND TALK VERY RUDELY. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE WITH ANY COMPLAINT NO. AND ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE CALL FROM THEIR SIDE, HOWEVER I AM PAYING 15RS EVERY DAY SINCE LAST 3 MNTHS.MY MOBILE NO IS [protected]. I EVEN TRIED TO CONTACT THEIR MAIN OFFICE IN PUNE, SHANKAR SETH ROAD BUT IN VAIN. THEY ARE NOT PROCESSING MY REQUEST. I ALREADY HAVE RELIANCE BROADNET AND NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE FOR INTERNET BUT STILL THEY HAVE ACTIVATED GPRS WITHOUT MY CONSENT. PLEASE HELP CAUSE I AM WASTING LOTS OF MONEY AND NO ONE IS LISTENING TO ME.

Airtel Mobile Services — No network

When Airtel was launched I bought a lot of Mobile numbers from Airtel Mobile Services. Infact a few I bought by paying a premium price. Latter I started having network problems. At my office I never recieve network till date. I have more then 15 Airtel numbers. Each time I call their customer care they just seem to tell me some one from the other department will call back but there is never any call back or follow up from the company.

They are very very laid back.

I would like to take this matter to court. Please suggest.
My 199 Corporate plan was changed to 299 plan without initimating or permission from me. I got it reverted to 199 plan. But they are charging me for my itemized service which was free for me previously. The customer care is reluctant to solve this problem. They don't give a satisfactory reply. What is to be done in this case.

Airtel Prepaid — charged extra money

some authorized airtel prepaid recharging shops are charging extra money if you ask them either for coupon or recharge through sms.its so disappointing to see a company as big as airtel filing to keep a check on these people.i came to know recently that they shouldn't be charging any extra money.i hope something is done .

Airtel prepaid mobile — company is not unsubscribe value added cricket updates and charging me every day 2-3 time for the weekly cricket updates

I am using airtel prepaid sim card since last two months. presently i am in dubai and i am using this card for incomming from india when i was in india i subscribe value added service for criket updates for which i was informed that i will be charged 10 Rs every week but to the surprise every week i get at about 5-7 messages that i have been charged 10 Rs each time i received the renewal sms i call customer care and requested them to cancell these service many time but till today they have not done so nor they are giving reference number at customer care for the request i am making to cancell the service.

Airtel prepaid mobile — unavailability of network/service

My Airtel prepaid mobile no is [protected](of Bihar circle) and I am on roaming( In Tamilnadu circle) right now. My services is withdrawn from[protected] without any prior information. My son lodged a complain with the customer care no [protected] through his mobile no [protected] at 21:30 on[protected], an absurd reply was received that my complain has been registered & will be replied before 06 Feb 2009.It is not understood that who will be held responsible for the losses incurred due to such a long interruption of the service. You are requested to immediately intimate the reasons for interruption of my service so as to enable me to take proper action at the earliest in order to rectify the fault at my end if any.

AirTel — Unavailability of network

My mobile is unreachable for most part of the day, in my own office !

My office is on the 9th Floor of a 22 storeyed bldg in a vicinity (New Link Road) full of corporate offices such as Balaji Telefilms, Yashraj Studios, Fun Republic, K Raheja, Shah Industrial estate etc.

The network is very inconsistent & many calls are lost Mid-way. The same has been experienced by other Airtel users in my office as well.

Despite repeated complaints & acknowledgements over the past few months there has been no respite.

airtel / pre paid card — unsubcribe charge

i have a pre paid sim card  of airtel. which no is [protected]. i have many complaint from airtel company.they have debit many charge from my a/c regarding gprs uses and isd sms. which are never used by me.they debit my a/c Rs 15/- every month regarding misscall alarts but i have withdraw this service before few months ago.  i compalint to airtel cusomer care many time  but there is no responce from this side.and thier exucatives behaver were very pathetic please slove this matter and do the needful

Hai sir, i am shina my mobile number is [protected] i am using this number for more than 3 years. my father is using the same service. my husband is in muscat i will give him miss call, everytime i am charging i given complaint on 28 th and they told me that it will be sort out.yesterday i called customer care, they told it wont be charge.i given miss call i was not charged. but now i given miss call i was charged 9 rs. in customer care, no body is giving proper reply if my amt is not credited i will throw the card and i will tell all my friends not to use the airtel services.please reply me today itself . in other services this is not happening, but take into this mater and reply me today.

AirTel — unsubscription of cricket update service

[protected]. on 23 aug, circket update service was automatically subscribed. and i found ma balace reduced upto minus 12 rupees. i think it was a deducation of rs. 30/-. i complained more than three times and i was assured always to stop above mentioned service. but still now ma balance is reduced weekly and i am getting circket msg from 53776 that are disturbing me. can u tell me what would have to stop that type of message. or it is only just to deduct ma balance after being lodging of complaint on priority basis. moreover, your smart operator use to say that there is no that type of service is activated. if you are not able to stop that, can i help you.

Airtel prepaid Mobile Phone service — Fault not rectified

Since last 22 days I am unable to contact Airtel customer service while on roaming by dialing 121 from my mobile No- [protected]. The reply received is "this number does not exist''. I have sent many emails to [protected]@airtelindia.com, "they say that this service to your mobile is active “but in fact it is inactive, my request for verification by company representative is not attended till date. Therefore your kind action & advice is requested.

AirTel — Charging of money for Customer

The service provider is charging for Customer Call, complaint etc.
This is really embarrassing, and ridiculous why should we pay for their problem.

Prepaid mobile service — Unnecessarily charging me

My number is [protected]. Without my consent Airtel is taking away all my balance in the mobile, after I topup my mobile and they keep adding features like caller tune and other services which I never opted for. They take out Rs20,Rs.30 and so on. This is ridiculous. Iam not able to reach a customer service agent to tell this because I need some balance in my mobile to call them which I couldn't since they take away all my money so I am scared to recharge my mobile. Please remove all unsolicited features added to my number and refund my money. If not I will be moving to the consumer court.
