[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — balance reductin & customer care exe. not attending/entertaining complaint-regarding

iam having airtel prepaid connection ( Mob. No. [protected]). Since, last month (April, 2008). I have, nt registered or opted messages from 58888 or from 'masti' but a' m continually receiving breaking news and contents from masti. On enquiring from customer care i discovered that the service has been activated since, 14th april, 2008 @ Rs. 01 per day. It is not known to me that how the service has been activated without my consent. I even sent SMS (HELP TOLL) to No. 58888 but in vain. On the evening of 12th May, 2008 I tried to talk to customer care executive named, Mr. Ashis but I've not been entertained. Its a great shock to me that the behaviour of the executive was so uncoperative and rude.
i want to deactivate the service at the earliest.
Please help !
