Airtel Prepaid — No GPRS signal

i have been using Airtel GPRS service for browsing internet since 5 months but from past four days there is no GPRS signal in my mobile phone.

from 15 days my gprs is not working in my network area still in presence of full range

i am k.sennikrishnan from VAIYAMPATTY, MANAPPARAI TALUK, TRICHY DISTRICT.

I am using Airtel Card - [protected] (brought my father's name k.kameswaran)

i connect gprs via this card 7 months. when i activate this gprs facility a lot of time i cannot access internet. because the VAIYAMPATTY AIRTEL TOWER have a lot of problem. i call & compliant customer care service, they say nothing problem with our side sir, your handset have this. but daily after 2.00am i access internet very fast & beauty.
when i go out of the another tower of i.e. trichy city it works very fast &beauty.

i tell customer care service a lot of time about this complaint they did not care about this.

then often total network was dead. no signal. eg.[protected].00pm to 5.30pm.

please help me.

note : my near house friend has also tell this complaint.

and i guess there's no point calling customer care either as they never pick up!!!...ok so since i've been upset with airtel for along time, i did some research and found out about this new brand Tata docomo...and they've got some pretty unbeleivable plans and VAS ...imagine paying just 1paisa/sec for all local/national calls ...give it a look in (http://tatadocomo.com/connect.aspx)

In our Village Airtel & Vodafone Tower is construct at Auguest 2008. But past One Month Both Tower is in problem.. These is in convenence for all. Please take any action for these problem.. I try to inform that tower manager Name:Mr.T.SubashPh:[protected]. but no proper answer. So please take any Action. My Village Name is MOOLAKADU Pin:606402

Since 7 days my mobile is not working at all, no Tower symbol is being seen. While the same SIM is placed in other mobile it works as usual.

Please do the needful.

i just want to say from all of you..pls avoid Airtel GPRS..use idea tow time simple in use and three time faster and four time faster and batter customer support..unlimted in just 89rs for 30 days....Airtel wale jinde chore hai....

sir i have a flexy sim and i want to send some rupee to other number through internet.how it is possible.
