Hello Sir, I am pankaj yadav, S-387 shakti nagar, lko. I applied for a Airtel gprs setting for send (fun) 54321 But i, m not reciving any seeting for gprs last five days.i'm using idea and bsnl gprs in my mobile phone sony res z 550i.but at this time i'm using airtel prepaid sim but they are not provindin any seeting for gprs & i'm calling no of time in airtel custumer care but they don't give any satisfied ans. my mobile no is[protected] Kindly look into this matter and reply as sson as possible. how 2 activate my gprs, and how 2 activate my internet connection.
i am using airtel prepaid service and i have requrested around 45 days before to stop GPRS but customer service team from airtel is so dump, they dont know how to do, it's been 45 days but no courtsey call from airtel or anyone else, been to office as well in Karnal but useless experience.

sub: loss my cell phone but i got a duplicate Sim card
i am Younus Ahmed my cell no is [protected] i am using from lost 1 1/2 years we submitted again ID as a pass port than we show original pass port also
i parched duplicate Airtel Sim on[protected] back.but still he is not activated.and i have pay 25 Rs.for this` Sim.and Sim no.is[protected].mobile no.[protected].and i parchage this Sim that shop still he is closed.so please my humble request to you.do activate this Sim as soon as possible.thank you.

MY CELL NO [protected] OF RAKESH MANCHANDA.I HAD PURCHASE N-8.27/02/2011.SINCE THEN I HAD CONTACTED AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE BY 121 AND EMAILTO PROVIDED ME GRPS FREE FOR SIX MONTHS WITH2GB DOWNLOAING COMPANY FAIL TO PROVIDED TO RIGHT INFORMATION ALWAYS GIVEN DIFFFEREN MESSAGES. AIRTEL CHEATED ME AND GIVEN BIG MENTLLY TORCHER.NOW I TRIED TO CONSUMER COURT AGAINST THIS SERVICE PROVIDED.PLEASE USRAKESH MANCHANDA

Airtel Prepaid — gprs working
Respected sir,I have activated airtel gprs 89 pack.which provide 100 MB in day time(8:00 am to 11:59 PM) and 2GB in Night time(12 am to 7:59 am).but when i use this service in night time,MB's are deducted from both day time & night time.
I have yet complaint in airtel customer care 4 and more times and recieved also call from there but still i m facing problem.
