I am purchase new AIRTEL LIFETIME PREPAID SIM CARD
No:- [protected] as on[protected] & submitted all document to dealer I m inserted the to in mobile but he not activated after 6 hours i m restarting moblile the following massege show
"SIM CARD REJECTED "

4 days before my sim was barred when i verified with customer care they told me that my sim was rejected due to proof verification reasons, without any prior INTIMATION , though 2 or 3 months back they had called and verified my address proof and told everything was ok and i had booster pack for 6 month on that card. so on my part everything was fine and yet my my card which i had been using regularly has been rejected
hope u would look into the matter and ensure that i could get my card back

5-6 days back my SIM card was barred, when i verified with customer care, they told my SIM has been rejected due to verification details, but 2 months back i had a call from customer care and all my proof was verified and everything was ok. but now, without any intimation, my card which i have been regularly using, and on which i had a 6 months booster pack starting from nov, HAS BEEN REJECTED!
hope, u would look into the matter and ensure that i would get my card back.

AIRTEL PREPAID CARD RS.99.00 SIM CARD — ACTIVATION OF DUPLICATE SIM CARD

Dear sir,

My cell no is [protected]. Due to problem with sim card, I got it replaced with duplicate SIM card in Air tel show room at SPLENDID TOWERS, BEGUMPET HYDERABAD on 29.12.2009 by 7.30 P.M. The card is not still activated till 10.45 A.M on 30.12.2009.

Please arrange to solve the problem.

This is to complain you that due to some problem in my airtel sim it stops working.My number is [protected]. I have applied for duplicate sim. But agent told me that duplicate sim cannot be produced because some number is not matching. I have about Rs 500 balance in my sim. Kindly tell what will i do to get back that balance.

Prepaid Sim Card — rejected sim

To Whom it may Concern:

I'd like to file a complaint against the Reliance Web World/Center in Kanjikuzhy.

I had requested for a replacement SIM after the GSM SIM I received with my Netconnect USB modem was rejected.

However, it has been almost a week and the second GSM SIM (duplicate SIM) that was provided by the Reliance Kanjikuzhy branch is also rejected by my cell phones.

The agents at the Web World Center said they were working on it, but I am not satisfied with this answer because I have about Rs. 91 rupees in this SIM account no. [protected].

Since I don't expect a positive resolution for this problem soon, I am requesting that you please forward the Rs. 91 from that rejected SIM account into my Netconnect account no: [protected].

This is my first experience with Reliance and I'm quite disappointed with the outcome.
