Dear Service Provider,
I want to let you know about the Network problem in our area, everytime when I reaching my home the network of Airtel gone. I have too much problem with that, I'm continuing this connection because I love Airtel but Airtel doesn't me. So, please dear solve my problem.
The earlier action will appreciated.

I am Jithendra Kumar H C, Project Engineer at National Aerospace Laboratories(NAL), Nilakantan Wind Tunnel Centre(NWTC), Belur, Bangaluru - 37.

I am using AIRTEL prepaid connection.PH : [protected].

At above mentioned location BSNL, RELIANCE are having FULL NETWORK, but your AIRTEL is having ZERO NETWORK.

Due to above reason, many of the employees are not using your AIRTEL SERVICE.

From last one year i have given complaint upto 4 - 5 times, but in AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE, Bangaluru, for each complaint they will give different reasons and they are NOT TAKING NECASSARY ACTION.

At present, more than 500 employees are using AIRTEL SERVICE WITHOUT NETWORK.

If you continue this type of service, we will NOT USE YOUR AIRTEL.

DECISION IS YOURS.

Airtel Prepaid — network problem

my home is in kozhikode near medical college. and my father is using airtel connection for almost 7 years but untill now the airtel doesn't have the network near our home i had complained it so many times but they don't have any response about it. it is their duty that to give us the network but they are not doing . so we are forced to cancell the connection but due to the long use of that sim it is not that easy to cancell in thqt quickly so we want you to take an action to solve the problem.

we had a network problem since 25days. we complaint many times to the customer care office. They will not respond. so please take necessary steps to solve this complaint.

Airtel Prepaid — Network Issues

I am havin Network issues since a month with the number [protected].I am gettin Xero network in my house.I have called the customer care alot of times but they are just giving me deadlines of further 15 days.I have waited for more than 20 days after i have filed a complaint but they are givin no response.I am havin problem as the network is zero and i can't receive any calls.After being so harrased by them they gave me a mobile number so some head of maharashtra for airtel who never picks up his phone.

I stay in Andhrahalli, Bangalore 560091. I am confronting with the problem of network issue since last 1 year. However, now the issue has been raised to an extent of my tolerance and i really got irritated with your connection now, which might compel me to change my connection to any other connection by next few days. I am the customer of Airtel since last 7 years with different numbers. However, now i really got disappointed with your connection. I will be more disappointed if i have to change my connection or to shift to any other connection. So, i urge upon you to do the needfull. My contact number is [protected].

I am unable to contact with Vodafone's Bihar Number, It is very difficult to contect with vodafone bihar cusstomer by using Airtel, at the same time if I tried to contect the same vodafone no. with Idea or MTNL no. it get conected in single dial. My Airtel no. is [protected]

My no. is [protected] and my mobile is not showing network since yesterday while other airtel mobile are showing, because of this I'm not able to contact anybody, I called customer care but which was of no use.
