Airtel Prepaid — deducting balance without notification

May I know that what’s the problem with your database. Its for the second time happening with me. Without my consent you people have again activated caller tune on my number and deducted it monthly charges from my prepaid account.

Last month also the same thing happened and I discontinued the caller tune from my side but as you people assured the balance did’nt came back.

On 27 October 07 at 15:11:28 I received a msg that I must recharge my mobile to continue my Hello Tune Subscription.

On 30 October 07 at 16:31:05 I receieved a msg that my Hello Tune monthly rental has been updated and the balance is deducted.

This time I want my money back else this time I’m going to switch Airtel and I will not keep it in my office also. I’m fed up of your service.

i am sick of airtel prepaid. they have deducted my money twice. once 20 rs and again 100 rs and when i call them they say that i have downloaded a game and then later on they sent me a game. i strongly disagreed by they don't listen. they cut my call in between and it is so obvious.this full month i spent without a rupee in my balance, each time i recharge money its gone in the night.

I USE AIRTEL TRIAL PACK FOR ONE WEEK .AND NOW MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEEDUCTED BY 297 APPORX BUT I DO NOT WANT TO ACTIVATE THIS SERVICE PLEASE SEND ME MY DEDUCTED BALANCE QUICKELY. MY MOBILE NO-[protected] FROM DISST-BHIWANI.

May I know that what’s the problem with your database. yesterday dt-29/08/2009 massage coming in my mobile ([protected]) thankyou for subscribing to Airtel Freindz chat.you have been charged Rs.30 for 30 days.i am surprised bacaused i have not subscibed anything for the same.Presently iam unable to chat with your mobile customer person because in all no. only computerised voice coming no option for live chating.
therefore i request you to refund my Rs. 30 in my account([protected]).
