[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid (Maharashtra) — gprs activation failed | |
Sir I have applied atleast 300 times for getting gprs service activated for which i am ready to give the charges. I asked the customer care officer before buying the sim that what is the procedure of getting full gprs in airtel. he told thai i will get the activation sms with in 4 hours after appling. But every time I am getting a rply sms that "service is failed, please try again later". I tried AIRTEL customer care but they behaved so badly and disconnected the phone by saying "this is a system failure". This system failure is going on last 2 months. I asked to the customer care officer "what should i do now?". With out answering he disconnected the phone. My mobile number is [protected]. This Air tel Sim Card is not Accepting Recharge for that I talk to the customer care person thrice...
First talk to the customer care person is on 19/04/2012 Complaint no :[protected].
Second talk to the customer care person is on 24/04/2012 Complaint no :[protected].
Third talk to the customer care person is on 27/04/2012 Complaint no :[protected].
In spite of this talk my Recharge problem is not solved till now.
I want You to look over this matter or otherwise I have to close using this card.

i have send request for portability from airtel to BSNL. but due to some reason i have not portable the no.
my no. is [protected]. so airtel give me a scheme of A-A 6sec/paise and other 2sec/paisa.with 1rupees per day deduction from my account. but i now in roaming so i can't use this facility. so please give me instruction or suggestion regarding this problem to cancel this facility.
