Airtel Prepaid — Unnecessary Charges

My Number [protected] , have been charging unnecessarily through AirtelINF , have recharged 500 rs on 23rd May today 29th may , i have only 1Rs balance, have called Airtel customer care 3 times, they are giving Useless response like, you have downloaded so you have been charged, bloody hell !!! You Airtel ppl has become beggars or what ??? Snatching money like this, kindly refund money else will raise notice & will step ahead to Consumer Court !!

Hutch(PREPAID) — UNNECESSARY CHARGES

I am AMIT KUMAR SINGH from LUCKNOW , I have Hutch prepaid connection NO.[protected].DATE 23/10/07 I have approx Rs.35 balance, when i try to an urgent call at night 9 pm, my balance is show -68.86(Rs.minus sixty eight point eight six).Before this CALL I Recieve a message of HUTCH In this message i got that my service is activated for INDIA & PAKISTAN CRICKET CERIES.I have not do any request for this service activation. I am not satisfied to this service activation.

yesterday frommy account deducted Rs 15/-for missed call alert which iam notactivated give my balance back to my account

Dear Sir,
I am the one of the customer of airtel. one day when I was doing on the internet, I saw your website. So with an attraction of your sevice, I was entering my Mobile No. in your address with trial basis. From then your company will charged Rs. 7.00 for two times. But Sir, I have no intention to go ahead. So please Sir. please return my money to my Mobile which amount you have already taken. For that I shall be great obliged.
i have been charged from your site for subscribing on airtel.please unsubscribe me frrom your service.
I have already called 121 almost every month and have complained about being charged for services that I had never requested for (Local Itemised-MB).This has been going on since I have become an Airtel customer.I had not noticed the charges in the begining, however when I did I have been calling121 and telling them about being wrongly billed.I have even participated in a survey last month where I had spoken about this issue.However, I am still being charged for Local Itemised-MB this month as well.

Also, I had requested to discontinue the Local [protected]@Rs.49 offer month's ago as it was only on a trial basis for a month.I am still being charged for this offer although I have made it very clear that I do not wish to continue with this offer.
Please look into this matter or else I may have to discontinue using Airtel.

AirTel — Unnecessary Charges of money

i AM A USER OF AIRTEL PREPAID SERVICE. SOMETIMES A SMS CAME THAT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 10/50/100 . & I HAD CHARGED FOR DOWNLOADING IMAGES/WALLPAPERS/THEMES/MP3 SONGS/GAMES. BUT I HAD NOT DOWNLOAD THESE THINGS.

Airtel — unnecessary charges from company

hi i am using airtel for a long time. in starting company's impression on me was good but later on they charge me for the services that i did not even hear. my airtel mobile number is [protected]

first of all i was using airtel NOP. After 4 - 5 days they charge me twice or thrice a day for NOP. then i stop using airtel NOP service.

now a few days ago company charges from me 10rs and give me a message that "Thanks you for using airtel matrimony alert" After 2 days again they charge me 30rs and give me a message that "Thank for using airtel text based subscriptions." a website was give below something like http://.igmobi.com


when they charge me for this matrimony alert and text based subscriptions i was in my college attending my computer lab.

later on they automatically activate service called airtel radio and charge me 30rs again. till then i never hear about this service from any of my friend or from any medium.


now from 3 weeks company charges from me 30rs per week for this airtel text based services.

i want to get rid from this service please help me to get rid of this unnecessary charges. please help me.

Airtel — unnecessarily taking charges

Dear sir,
they have been charging me often.whenever i asked them they are telling the same reason that they will respond soon.But till now no response .Even they didnot tell why they are taking charges.i have filed a complaint in airtel customer services frequently(23, 27 and 29th aug, 2009).i requst you to pls take any actions.my mobile number is [protected]

Airtel — Unnecessary subscriptions and subscription charges automatically done

Dear, This is with regard to the automatic activation of news and other kind of subscriptions in my prepaid account. I never dial or message for news subscriptions but suddenly I get a message that "you have been activated with news subscription and a particular amount is deducted". This has happened many times even after deactivating the service from customer care. Customer care people are reluctant to take complaint for this issue and I have to undergo this type of situation many times. This is like purposely making a person take a subscription and taking money for that, even though the person has no intention to make any subscriptions. This may be a flaw and deduct money from Airtel users account (since many people are ignorant about the small charges and hence the company makes lot of money for free).

I advice all the airtel users to be alert and watchful from these kind of deductions. Its about ethics and following a healthy business processes to make profit.

I request airtel to stop these kinds of discrepancies and follow the genuine path of growth.

and at last if possible, please stop making automatic subscriptions to my prepaid account.

Also, Airtel has a consumer complaint page, but it does not work. You can type your message but when you try to post it then the page expires...

Airtel Prepaid Connection — Unnecessary charges

Unwanted SMS for downloads are being sent and charges are being deducted from us.
My mobile No.[protected].
The plan which is expiring is not informed and charges are being deducted until one enquires with customer care. Here also they disconnect without giving valid reasons.

AirTel — charged unnecessary

I stay in mumbai my name is ankit, I got a airtel connection with 249 rental and 99 pack of 2gb data and 500 sms daily free. I got a bill of 3000 I called airtel customer service, they said that the data charged is for using facebook and the free 2gb usage is only for airtel connection. This was not clarified from them when I took the connection. They have also charged me for the calls whereas I have onl used 360 minutes and I have 600 minutes free.

I want someone to loook into this matter. I declare as Fraud for me as this is not the service I was looking for. I don't know what is the type of action to be taken against Airte. But I want this to be made clear. I havea salary of 6000 and just switched to airtel as the offer was good and looked like to be within my budget. But it turned out the other way around/


I hope there can be a solution for this..

I HAVENT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM AIRTEL TILL NOW,

I GUESS ITS TIME TO REALISE THE MISTAKE AND CHANGE BACK TO VODAFONE.

ALSO Mr Rakesh Ranga DONT HAVE ANY INTEREST IN REPLYING JUST TO IMAGINE THAT HOW MANY SUCH COMPLAINTS FOR FRAUD HAPPENING WITH THE SUBSCRIBERS AND HE IS BUSY TO HANDLE EACH ONE OF THEM. I AM SERIOUSLY NOT HAPPY WITH THIS

I have agrees to pay the charge for the data but not have got answered for the charges made on calls

I am still waiting for one from airtel to call and explain the charges for the calls made with in the allowance.

Now out of curiosity I want to ask some thing regarding airtel if you are willing to tell the truth.

When you say that you record the calls made to customer service, do you also put that call to a customerś account so that if he calls back regarding the same, he doesnt have to repeat again.

I will tell you what has happened.

Some one from airtel had called and told about the data charge and I had agreed to pay and also she was kind enough to let me pay in parts.

But then when I asked to explain the charges for the calls, she diverted me saying that some one from network will call for this.

Now this is going above my head. and neck too. I am not gonna wait more then till friday and start talking back to VODAFONE.

I BELIEVE THAT AIRTEL IS NOT TAKING MY COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY AND MR RAKESH (I DONT KNOW IF YOU WORK FOR AIRTEL OR NO) YOU TOO HAVE THE SAME FEELING I TRUST THAT.

PLEASE ASK SOME ONE TO CALL FROM NETWORK AND LET ME UNDERSTAND THE CHARGE FOR THE CALLS MADE

THANKS FOR WHATEVER HELP YOU HAVE DONE. (I MEAN YOU HAVE NOT HELPED IN A SINGLE MANNER) JUST A SYMPATHY THAT SOME ONE WILL CALL BUT DONNO WHEN?????
