Hi everybody
I m customer of Airtel Punjab for 3 years. I have observed some great plans from airtel to rob customers so cleverly that u never think of. See some examples :
1. In punjab, airtel has more costlier tariffs than any other company. (local call on its own network - 30 paisa/min and other companies charge 25 paisa/min on their own network)
2. Sms pack is valid for 30 days from activation. If there are 4 festival days occured in this period, you will enjoy free sms only for 26 days. (Very clever)
3. They send you hundreds o[censored]seless sms daily to promote u to waste ur money, but they never send u any sms regarding talk time offers, following paid sms days, or in ending days of any validity.
5. You can watch this attitude in their advertisements also. They talk only about music on demand, hello tunes, network, express urself etc. They have nothing to tell about their customer friendly offers like free mins, extra talk time.
6. They have offers for new customers only, they have nothing for old ones. Once a person trapped in their false promises, they suck.
So i request the person who are planning to get a new airtel connection, think again and again. They are the biggest robbers in india. They know that u cant afford to change number every 3 months. So they blackmail u.
Thank God there will b number portability from oct 2008. Then there guys will b learnt a hard lesson.

Airtel Punjab — Re-start Mobile No:-9915134004

Dear Sir,
I am a customer of Air Tel Punjab Mobile No:-[protected] Life Time 999/- Prepaid
connection. Last month my mobile no. disconnected with any reason. I contact Customer Care many time
but no any response. Kindly Please help me for restart my mobile connection.

The worst customer care i have seen is airtel, they automatically activate services on mobile to detuct the money, i have caller 3 times in customer care the person said to me that he had deactivated my addon service, but when i have checked next day, addon services are still there and my balance was reducing.
i called them again they put my call on hold and then disconnect.

i am unable to understand what type of service hey are providing, is it the business of airtel to harass the people

i think Mobile Number Portability in India is good option to get rid of this

i got sms from airtel regarding airtel blog and they told me that i can hear that voice mail at free of cost by dailing *1*. they mentioned nothin g else thn this.
i did the same. then they activate the airtelblog service on my no and deduct my account.
DND service is activated on my no since 2007, even thn i got promotional msg and call on my no. what i can do now.
shall i move to Court.

Airtel Punjab — Special SMS Charges

Respected Sir,

I am using Airtel Mobile Number [protected] from the last 7-8 months and I have received every month bill which displayed special SMS charges by the Company. Most respectfully Sir, I have never sent any Special SMS last 7-8 months but every monthly billing I seen extra charges put in my Bill by the Airtel. Every month I have deducted amount to my Bill. But September Bill I seen Rs. 45/- extra charges for Special SMS again. I request the Customer Care but they did not deduct the amount and said to me I cannot deduct the amount of Rs. 45/-. Sir Please help me, the said company every time extra charges (special SMS Charges) which I am not sending really.

airtel punjab costumer service number is not connected and airtel punjab deducts the balance if the number was switched of at the time of activation of service which is activated by themselves... please take an immediate and strict decision over it

I have launched compalant mo no [protected] with CCE of Airtel on Dated:-23, 24, 25, 26, 27 Jan 2012.Lastest request no is CBDOV[protected]. of there Complant Number are respectively.my Outgoing call barred.I m request to customer care& showroom bt not open my outgoing.
My Request is this the AIRTEL COMPANY is not rectifying the complaint instead of that they are making me fool.so you kindly take action against the Airtel Punjab for non atteading of complaint as i am facing this problem from the last Monday 23 Jan 2012 to till date.pls solve the problem.
