I have recharged for 155 rs through internet on company site for benefit of 1 gb internet data as it was specified during recharge. but company gave me benifit of 525mb instead of 1gb data. when i spoke to customer care they told they will look into matter as the rates are revised but on internet it has not been revised during recharge. They simply replied we will get back to you soon but they didnt called me. after 24 hrs i called them again and they reverted back with same answer that rates are revised and we cant help with giving the benifit of 1 gb data. but still on their site recharge of Rs 155 shows benifit of 1 gb data and 30 days validity.
I recharged for rs 30 just now[protected]:00 am

I had gone for internet recharge at retailer shop he has done recharge and shown to me but in my inbox message has not come for confirmation of recharge. I asked to retailer that message not arrived. Retailer said that there is a problem at server of airtel and retailer given me a transaction id of recharge but it is still not done.After that i d gone to customer care of airtel so they told that retailer has not done recharge and retailer has given me transaction id of recharge so i was in problem and i dont know that who is lying. So my complain is about recharge its still not come in my inbox.so please listen to my complain and please solve my problem.

रु249=2GB 3G, 30 दिन यानि 1GB 3G एक्स्ट्रा। लाभ सिर्फ from AW 650016.Afterthat I had recharged my no. With 249 but I didn't get that extra benefit of 1gb 3G data.
So pelase kindly take necessary step against my complaint.

I recharge in ur sight for 3g net recharge 255 but iam not receAved that transAction No 14684 time 2:18 pm date:[protected]

I had done my recharge for 3g net pack of 755 rupees and fulltalktime of rupees 90. Dint receive both from four hours. When ll I receive the recharge.

The recharge is done for rs.126 of 2g 650mb Instead of rs.127 of 3g 650mb so I have requested with them but they said if there is a mistake from our side means then we will revert back the recharge but since the mistake is from your side we are not able to do that. So is that responsibility? I want to revert back the amount else I do port my number. I have been in airtel for past 9 years

I have recharged by netbanking was Rs at 192 and balance was cut in account but recharge was not done
I tried doing recharge voucher of rs29 super 7 pack and I did first recharge of 29 of 150. Mb 2g data and also second recharge of 29 of talk time of 29 but I have received data recharge but not the talktime.
