[Resolved]  Airtel Retailer — not receiving balance transfer to customer

dear sir, i m retailer since last 5 year, i was gatting regular balance for transfer from distributor.but since last two week distributor can't transfer balance. he says that my fos [protected] can't transfer balance in my account. i had inquired to customer care [protected], they said there is no problame in my card my card is already lapu card, so please help my distibitor apsara enterprise, ahmedabad.
please do the needfull for the same. & help my distributor to help me.

your Airtel distributor Waluj Aurangabad (M.H.)our village is not well served by
Never balance the problem is the problem of ever activetion.
Week - week do not balance, i was gatting regular balance for transfer from distributor.
but since last two week distributor can't transfer balance.
Not balance due to customers not buy
Airtel SIM card and the company does not know of any sales maneger.
Solution to this problem should soon.

Dear Sir I'm the only retailer in Dravidian univeristy Kuppam - Pin 517426 Chittoor District. I have all recharges but except Airtel all other network dealers are supporting to imrove business. But I do 75000 Rs of er every month. Which is high when compare to other networks. The deealer is not supporting to improve the business. and not giving eload and neglecting. I have complained this to local representaive mr. hari ([protected]) But he never took any action. The customers will move to other networks if the same continues which they have already complained me. Please do take neccessary action and help me to increase the business.

I have complain against the distributor AKSHAYA ASSOCIATES (KOLATHUR, CHENNAI). This is to inform you that we do Airtel recharges for about Rs. 3000 per day where we get shortage of money as we have to invest the money with other service providers as well. My main concern is that I need money to be transfered to my Easy recharge number on daily basis instead of alternative days. The distribution service by this provider is not satisfactory and they are not giving proper response to the retailer especially like us who give business for almost Rs. 80, 000 per month with Airtel alone . I need the sales person to come to my shop on daily basis.
I shall be very thankfull to you if you take some immediate steps against this distributor.

I am retailer in Malad S.V.Road my shop name is SMART POINT. When BPL network was discontinuing your company and all other company like vodafone, idea and others have offered for profitability in our network.
There were so many benefits like per MNP they pay us Rs.225/- & half money of recharge of customers in a particular month accordingly i have tried my best and achieved your target and other preference over vodafone and other for our network.

I am retailer of AIR TEL company, I was getting the balance regularly but at this time salesman does not provide me balance they said if you want balance you have to sell sim card of airtel company. For selling of sim card is depend upon scheme of companies. How can we compell the customer tu buy the sim card of specified company. And if I will not receive the balance I will close the service of recharge to costumer.

I am a retailer of mobile recharge I am running a shop named suvidha telecome, I am receiving the balance of all the companies unconditional, but now salesman says that if you want balance you have to sell sim card if you will not sell sim card you will not receive balance so what can I do now. If I will not receive the balance the AIRTEL recharge counter will close automatically.
