[Resolved] Airtel — SMS Charges | |||
I have a airtel connection, my airtel Numberis[protected], I received a mobile ebill on 06th july. The bill amount is 1154. In which they added RS. 100 for two messages only. I called on customer care, they respond very badly. I want company to regenerate my bill again. Was this information helpful? | |||

am r.shanmugam from tiruppur... MY MOBILE NO. [protected] am using airtel past few months...still now am using... am recharge booster pack 225rs. for 90days valitity my vality period is up to APRIL 25TH...(airtel to airtel 10paise with 18000sms free)....
Now i could not use my free sms. bcs the rules of trai per day free sms only 100. after sending sms chargeble... if this condition is applicatble 90days X 100sms only am using 9000sms only... remaining 9000sms how to use... per sms 1rs..so that way i pay 9000rs. for remaining sms...)
I want using my free sms without charge for upto my validity period up to APRIL 25TH 2011.. after 25th i choose my plan and tarrif and much more...to my chose...
am sending my request to customer care, nodel officer, aplleted officers... but there is no response.....

I have logded a complaint in Airtel consumer service regarding excess charges of SMS against my postpaid airtel number [protected]. I have already complaint in airtel mobile. But till date no action is takan and I can any favourable response from Air tel.
I have another airtel prepaid number [protected] from the last ten year. Till date I am submit two to three time my document but today I receive a sms for submit of document.
I can't understand why airtel asking many times for proof of document.
Please do something for me or I discontinue these number or stop airtel service.

this has become a newsense the service providers start charging for sms on any holidays, sometimes without any prior information. Is there any rule like that or any perticular
guidelines are there. As for as customer rights are concerned if you are not able to send the sms when you need it what is the use of having free sms packages and anyway we
are paying for having those packages as a whole.
On important dates and holidays and festivals we want to wish for friends and families and by charging for sms's the service providers are deniying the customer rights. Is it not
the violation of rules or hurting the sentiments of the customers. Please do the needful in this regard as soon as possible.
