[Resolved]  Airtel Tadkalive — unsubscribe tadkalive

I am facing the same problem with Tadkalive. I find it impertinent and against human and consumers' rights what they are doing with so many people without their conscious agreement. And you have no chance to stop it. Please advise me what I should do. Shouldn't such companies be fined for their activity?

Please unsubscribe tadkalive immediately, whenever i am sending stop sms to 121 to stop the services i dont see any response of deactivation, contineusly i loosing money for which i haven't subscribed. Please do the needful as soon as possible. my no [protected], thanx

Airtel india redacting Rs.20/- from mobile account without informing customer about Tadkalive subscription, secondly we are try to contact to customer service but no response any person to hear any complain regarding. I dial 121 and hear only recorded speech of lady (pres 1, 2, 3, ect. ) i am waiting for technical person but disconnect phone line. now nobody person online to hear customer problem.
so this way Airtel offering service to customer, one day customer choosing better service under number potability network service .
so, pl.restore Rs.20/- which is deducted from customer mobile phone account to prove that Airtel customer service is better than any other mobile network .

I think I had erroneously subscribe tadkalive. First of all without informing the charges, they charged me Rs.99.

Now I want to unsubscribe. But whenever i am sending stop sms to 121 and complaint to custemer service center to stop the services i dont receive any response for deactivation of this service, continously I loosing money upto Rs 20 for every 10 to 15 days for which i haven't subscribed.

So Please do the needful my no [protected].

Please note that this is kind of cheating. Charges are not informed to customers before activating a service.

If the next time I am charged for this service, I will escalate the matter to the highest level in Bharti Airtel.

find all the emails of airtel costumer care managers or offices in your location from google and mail them regarding the unsatisfactory and give them the details of your problem..

subject the email as :- feedback from a costumer regarding AIRTEL service.

u see the response will be real fast.

Note : after u r done and get it right, send them a appreciation mail saying u r happy from the quick shot-out of the problem ..
