[Resolved] Airtel — Transaction failed but amount debited | |||
Sir I recharged for this mobile number [protected] on 27th April for Rs.249 and on 31 May for Rs.135 , the transaction was processed and amount was debited but the talktime was not credited.When i tried Airtel money customer care they askto contact prepaid care , when i call airtel prepaid customer care they tell to contact airtel money.Im planning to inform the matter to TRAI and also planning to file a consumer suit.I want to inform everyone to be cautious with airtel money. Airtel — debiting the amt for dialing
My mobile no [protected]. I have called my friend who is living at libia. Airtel is charging (billing) the amount for just dialing a ISD number. When I ask customer care they are disconnecting the line and not even responding me properly. I went to airtel and enquired about this...they are easily answering me that "they will debit the charge for dialing the ISD number" though no one has picked up the call in libia. Please look in to this immediately as they are pulling the hardly earned money from our ppl.AirTel — Money Debited
Hi Team,This is to bring to your notice that, I’m a user of Airtel.
I have recharged 555 full talk time last week. But within two days it got reduced to Rs0.13 only. Spoke with customer care persons but the call was kept transferred to one person to another continuously without an answer. I need to know the reason for this. The ticket number for the same as received in mobile is CBDAL [protected]
AirTel — Amount debited
HiSir, My mobile number [protected] is deducted by Rs55-/ on 7th Aug 2011. I called to the customer care executive and complained about the issue. He told that the issue will resolve on 9th Aug. When i called on 9th Aug, he told that, you sent a MMS that's why the amount is debited. But i didn't send any MMS. Please refund my amount. How the network provider will debit Rs55. Pls do the needful.
