[Resolved]  Airtel — unnecessary charges being charged

Address:Rangareddy, Andhra Pradesh

According to my knowledge, Airtel India is charging Rs.10 per 5 days for Ghar Aaya Jyotish service for which we have not subscribed for.. Kindly take necessary action so that to avoid the charges being levied upon me.

AirTel — Regarding unnessary chargs

From last four to five month in every bill other sms chargs on my add on number i.e.[protected] is charged without I activate this service and I also deactive this service two or three time. but still said chargs is not deactivate in my add on bill. I am very much upset.Kindly do the needful and deactivate said service parmanently. Otherwise I have to take further course of action.

Sorry for not responding so long. We have already sent sms to airtel to stop ghar aya jyotish and as per our request they have already stopped sending messages. Thank you for taking prompt action and it is really appreciated.
