[Resolved]  Airtel WAP — DEACTIVATION OF AIRTEL WAP

Please deactivate the Airtel Wap Service which automatically activated on my number & every time Rs.10/- is deducted. I don't want this services .

Kindly deactivate this service at the earliest.

Do disconnect my airtel wap connection ……… it, s really nonsense ………… mine is a prepaid connection ..my no:[protected] –chennai .they are charging lot of money as soon as I recharge …..its not fair to give such adds also and to make people feel crazy about such offers …….please take some action to remove such adds published in nets ………

AirTel — Airtel WAP - deactivation

Dear Sir,

I have activated WAP in Airtel through internet on 11th of this month. I have requested AIRTEL through customer care on 18th. They replied that it will be de-activated with in 2 days. But still they haven't de-activated. Instead they are deducting Rs.20/-. Again I have registered a complaint today morning that i should be de-activated. They replied the same it will be de-activated.They have given me a complaint no .[protected]. Still I am not satisfied from their service. my mobile no. is [protected]. Kindly do the needful to de-activate WAP
