Myself Dibyendu Roy .My Airtel no is [protected].
I am using Micromax MMX 310G modem for internet browsing.
I am staying Kestopur near Milan Bazar Kolkata 102.
Problem is that i am getting extremely slow internet connection in that place from last 3 days.
I contacted customer service center but problem is not resolved.Hope this time problem get resolved.

I have already mailed to "[protected]@airtelindia.com" regarding very slow speeds on my Airtel Connection. They requested information i have replied them as follows:

7. Problem Description >> I am experiencing very slow speeds on my Airtel Connection.
8. Error Message received >> There is no error message

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

my number s [protected] i activate gprs but it didnt work when i try to browse it shows error in connection i complaint but he cant help me

i am shivashankar and using two airtel numbers([protected],[protected]).In these numbers i cant connect internet after 8 am.But i can connect early morning around 4 am only.I check with other handsets but no use.i have already contact with customer care.My area is kannapppan street,nanmangallam,chennai-117.So please take action immediately
i am keep on calling this airtel customer care 121 and 12118 for my gprs settings no one picks call
are they alive ?

I have activated internet pack(GPRS) on my handset and use it quite frequently, but many a times the service provider Airtel has deactivated my GPRS before the expiry of my GPRS validity. I have to call customer care where they say that no internet is activated on my phone. With much difficulty when i explain them everything they send me the settings again. This happens very frequently. Along with this currently my phone shows being connected to the internet but i am not able to access any website through my phone. It always says that server is not responding. Also they have blocked the customer care number from my phone. Previously also they have done it very frequently. I have proper internet activated on my phone and it is still valid.
i have registered this complaint so that airtel may discontinue with this malicious practice with their subscribers.

Finally my number has been unblocked from the customer care centre and the complaint has been resolved. But i still fail to understand why my number was blocked to contact the complaint helpline as well as the customer care number.
Why are you informing me about this!!! I was the one who told your representative that my problem has been resolved when he called me. Any ways as i mentioned above, why was my number blocked from your customer care number?

Airtel — GPRS not active, Charges for download of games.

I have Airtel number [protected]. During last month(may 2011) GPRS was not active on my number. On 13May I was charged Rs50 for some java game download. How would it be possible when my GPRS connection is not enabled. I have complained the customer care and there has been no response or reversal of money debited.
Please revert the charges and
also I have registered for DND, yet I receive SMSs from HYPERCITY,MISCROSOFT-OEM,LOANS etc which are from 58888. Please look into this and rectify ASAP.

Myself Ankit Parikh.. Recently (13th August 2011) i had recharged with 98 rs (My mobile no :[protected]) in Airtel to get 2 GB internet instead i got only 1 GB.. On calling customer care for the 1st time they told me that now plans are changed and for 98 u get only 1 GB,on calling for 2nd time i had been told that it is our mistake and we will resolve it from our side within 2 hrs (complaint no :[protected]. Nothing happened.. And even m not able to call cc from my mobile anymore.. Today i tried with my friends mobile and talked with them and a totally new story came into picture that i[censored] recharge from retailer den u get 1 GB but i[censored] call us and recharge den u get 2 GB.. .. What crap..... does this make any sense..
Its not yet resolved.. How can Airtel say that its resolved... Really annoying...
"We assure you that we are committed to resolving the issue to your satisfaction. " This was written by airtel.. Another statement .. But when they called me i was told that we apologize and this will not happen again.. And when i asked that when will i get my 1 gb back i was told that you will not get that back.. What type of is this..... Airtel just tell me in short whether i will get my 1 gb back or not..... Dont try to mislead everytime by just saying that our team is eager to resolve.... To hell with you and your team.... Why i got only 1 gb when *567# showed me rs 98 for 2 gb....
On one side you are telling me that your team is eager to resolve this issue... On the other side you are calling me and telling that we are sorry you wont get your 1gb back... What type of solution is this... Is this your committment towards my issue??

last 1 month airtel gprs service is very poor in chitkohra gardanibagh area
so please take care about this proper facility provide to us.
there is no action taken on our complaints on ths no- [protected] from the costumer care, they dont even respons for some times. and the servis provided is also the worst. i want to short out the problem of my enternet servic, and costemer care please take immediate action...coz m not satisfid, you should provid a good enterten servic and speed...ur servis is relly vry bad and also costemer officers... fce ths probm last some days...and m new user and m very bad fell spcly using ur servic...u shud provid good intrnet servis and speed
