Airtel — Worst GPRS facility
Myself Kapil with Airtel Mobile number : [protected]. I had activated 1GB net data on 9th of April on Airtel. Since then i am not been able to use the data because of worst connection speeds provided by the Airtel. Mostly net is not showing server failure. I have been living in area where full network coverage of airtel is available. Inspite of this the speed of the internet is very low and mostly internet connection does not occur. Due to this i have already suffered loss in terms of the time lost in connection as well as some business loss. When contacted to customer care, they do not give satisfactory answer and solutions to problem. Even the airtel customer service banned me from calling when contacted for solution of the complaint even i did not have 3 attempts. As a result i have suffered a significant time wastage from my official work. Moreover i have not been able to use the net in my laptop via mobile through Bluetooth. The speeds are very low and even i cant open even a single webpage.Moreover non-cooperation from the customer care executives of airtel had made the things more worse as i feel like wasting the money on GPRS without taking any benefit as customer.
So i request airtel as a responsible service provider to look after problem as if ,me or any other customer is not getting the services for what we paid, then it is in no sense to continue the service as well as continue using airtel connection.!!
Hope the issue gets solved ASAP as i have already wasted much time in contacting to customer care (still i m not able to contact them) as well as connecting to internet.!!
Please airtel give the improved speed so that i can use the internet facility.!!
