i want to deactivate joke+love alerts on my number [protected]. nd plz deactivate all non sense calls and sms from airtel. its my request plz plz plz

sir i had activated the mms activation service i had received the ok message also also some code but i dont know how could i receive my mms please tell my no is [protected].thankyou.
i want pay bill online. but i can't get

please clarify any other option is there pay online.
Dear Airtel!
I have booked an 8 new post paid connection as on Nov 1, 2007 as in the name of PAGEMAC, Pondicherry. In that 6 Connection was ADVANCE RENTAL Plan (1399/-) existing two was in monthly rental. I have already told them to cancel this two numbers or remove from this company account.
That was
1. [protected] (Corporate Plane 199/-. Now I changed into Flexi 150/-)
2. [protected] (Flexi 150/-)
In that Mr. Prakash (Sales Executive from Bonjour, Pondicherry) He committed and confirmed me the plane’s given below for both the 2 numbers:

2. [protected]
Plane Details:
100% CUG (Including SMS 100% Free with in the CUG)
100 Local SMS for Every Month.
200 MTML for Every Month. (It is totally discounted or Free as per his commitment) I will not be charged for this in the bill as per his says.
If I am using with in the CUG Circle the monthly bill will be the maximum value of:
Rental +Tax only!
For [protected] : 199+23.98=222.98/- (Corporate plane 199/-)
For [protected] : 150+18.00=168.00/- (Flexi Plane 150/-)
That’s It, but I am facing some much of trouble with the billing’s. For December month bill I received [protected] (462.24/-) & [protected] (386/-) and for January I received every thing is gone to overdue like 1500 plus for [protected] and 1800 plus for [protected].
How it will possible !, if i am using or calling with in the cug circle. And also if i am utilized the discounted benefits the monthly bill will be only below 300/-. For these issues I made some much calls / follow-up’s to customer care executive and call-center representatives.

Some time they were committed, Ok every thing will be rectified and we will keep your plan as per the commitment. Because of that I started using my phone!, suddenly somebody called from ARITEL telling that every things I have to pay!.
This is not the right customer services….
So I ask them to cancel my account immediately but still it is on with out outgoing facility.

This way you’re cheating the customer’s day-by-day. Kindly check my issues and verify the recorded calls and provide me the solutions with in two there days. Other wise I have all the evidence I will see to it in court.

I have paid my bill for the month of december-january2008 of Rs 1500, then why my post paid service has been disconnected. what is the reason plz let me know at the earliest?

On Friday 29th Feb,i got a call from Airtel call center saying that a new scheam has started and the deal looked good and so we got interseted in the plan offered and agreed to pay the 800/-for a life time scheam with topups of 50Rs to 500Rs with call rate only 50ps for any local call. and 30ps for an airtelcall.
on saturday a man came to my door when we questioned him on details regarding the connection he said he was just a dogma and so could not answer anything.He gave me a form to fill and we paid him 800/-
we were given some details regarding the person we have to contact.

We keep getting calls regularly from Airtel call centers, so much so that its become a nuesence to us now,and we dont even attend them, we feel very harrassed by airtel calls, but since this call was attended by my husband who had come to india for a holiday and was not aware of such calls made a blunder by trusting the agents call.
I beg you to look into this matter or esle very soon many more people will get fooled into this racket spoiling the name of Airtel.
I called up Airtel toll free 121 but they said they could not help me and asked me to visit the Airtel center in my local area(Miraroad)
Here i met MrRajesh Yadav. I handed him the form that was given to me by the dogma and he said this is a post paid form and not a prepaid form but my husband went for this scheam becaue he was told we could continue using this scheam on our existing number which is a prepaid number.He aked me to visit Airtel head office, i am a house wife and its not possible to leave the house.

my no is [protected] ihave made a request to activate my callwating option,conferrence call, and mobile office or airtel live facilities to the customer call pepole before a month but still it is not yet activated. if it like this means how we will recomend airtel to our friend circle. kindly take this is an serious issue and do the needful at the earliest.if it is not happening anymore you people going to loosing many customers hence forth.

i am a subscriber of your service, since last 7 months i suffer 121 facility not available. so many times i had send messages at 121 still not resolved my problem. this is your service, no as per my knowlegde your service is very prompt and acurate. so i request to you as soon as possible to release the 121 service at my cell no. [protected] , if within this week my problem not resolved. i will terminate you service access, not only myself. More than 80 to 100 user of Airtel will alslo the terminated. this is not false, it is true.

so i request to you release the 121 access facility on my cell No.

hi a prepaid mobile sim card before last few days i am getting messages from the airtel about news. where as i had been not enabled this facility from my cell and airtel charge me Rs. 10/- per week. i already complait for it on customer care but there is no action from them from last 20 days. all the executive has replied to send sms to any number but the sms facility to that number is barred when we send sms to dissconnect the news service activated the sms give the message "sending fail" sir kindly dissconnect my news service from ur airtel controller My mobile Number is "[protected]"

i received a sms from[protected] containing a sub "there is am mms for u at your passcode is:2s2itg. how can i see it? please help me out.
you r reguested to note one of your agent has taken sub. money but not delivered sim. no. or refund . i hv feeling that he has cheated us. he was calling from #[protected]. name as ajay, representing as bhumika enterprise from malad.he gave me sim.#[protected], another sim #[protected]. on this he was aloting [protected]/2078.this was alotted under perticular tarrife, is not available .when asked for refund i am not recieving any response.when i am calling him up he abusing on phone. please look into this complain he has taken Rs-1700 for two new connection &one for upgrading prepaid to postpaid for [protected]. this is very annoying that consumer is not protacted by your company.please do the needfull .

We are respectively holders of mobile no's: [protected] & [protected] ie. me & my father. We stay in one house but we dont recieve the bills properly in time through courier to our residence.
When complained to the courier representative, then his response is that you get before the due date, SO KEEP QUIET.
We dont expect such kind of responses from the courier company & also rtequest to please change the courier company for despatching the bills.
Hope the complaint will be honoured & we recieve the bill in time .

I am holder of mobile no:[protected]. My mode of payment is through ECS as my mobile services are provided by our corporate account of our company.
As I wish to stop my mode of payment through ECS as I will pay presonally either through cash or cheque payment.

My Mobile No.[protected] and I'm using this from 3 months. My problems are follwings:
1. My first problem is that I'm using Mobile Office Card for internet and I recharged this card on 03.04.2008 but this is activated still now. I called to yout customer care (121)from other airtel number but they did not responced this and they tell me wrong answer.
2.My second problem is thatI'm unable to contact you(121) and I tried hundreds times to contact you but I have to face failure. From bigining I could not success to contact you.
Such these I have some problems about your service and I'm worry to take this conection. I hope you will responce my mail.
