Aishwarya Cabs is biggest fraud and cheater taxi company. we book for 4 hours rs 500 and extra hour rs125 . we travel almost 6 hours . as per calculation it is come rs 750. but diver ask 900 . we call to Aishwarya Cabs call centre, even they also change there word. and so rude way they spoke. after that they not receive our call. it was raining we stand on the road and diver pick on asking 900 . Aishwarya Cabs call center not receive call.
so waste they service. they cheat our money . 150 is not big money but how badly they took it so waste.
please do book this Aishwarya Cabs. note down there no[protected] and[protected] .

Tanuj Kumar Dhir89*****0891 Month AgoTheir cab service sucks big time. I booked the cab at 11 in the morning. The lady told cab will reach at 6.15 sharp for 6.45 pm engagement. I called them at 6.15 for update, they said cab will be there in 5 minutes. I called them again at 6.30 and they said cab wont be there for 30 minutes.
I waited and called again at 7.15 and the customer care lady lied and said that we don`t have any cabs for you. Plus she had the audacity of hanging up on my face.
Please don`t ever use their services, as they are completely and utterly useless.

I missed the train due to these people. When you are not able to provide a cab on time do not commit. When I am now calling them to spit on their face they are only hanging the call. The first thing they say Do you need a cab sir... then what for do we call a taxi service to ask them did they have dinner to night.

Sumit98*****4237 Months AgoVery bad service, the car was in bad condition. Driver took an hour to find residence, driver was not aware of the amount quoted by call centre. I had to pay more money at airport. Also driver had not given bill. Tried reaching call centre and no body picked the phone. Very disappointed.
This is the WORST COMPANY EVER.. I missed my flight because of them. I had booked a can for 4 in the morning and the driver said he'll be there by 4. But he was not here. when I called him he kept saying 5 mins 5 mins. I waited till 4 40 n then took another cab. Unfortunately I didn't make it on time.
DO NOT BOOK a can with these ppl. Instead pay extra somewhere else and go with them but never book with these ppl.

Aishwarya cabs proved to be very unprofessional and unreliable taxi hiring agency.I tele booked a cab on their no. [protected], in the morning of 12 Oct 2013 for dropping me at a madiwala point where I with my family had to catch an out station bus. Having confirmed the booking for Rs 250/-On my request for the cab to pick us up at 8pm from my Apartment at NGV, KORAMANGALA, I was informed that I would get a call from the driver half an hour before the appointed time.Not receiving any call even till 8 pm, when I contacted them, I was abruptly told that no cabs are available. On further calling they would pick up the phone and on hearing me would simply hang up.BE CAREFUL OF THIS AGENCY.IT WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY.NEVER HIRE FROM THEM.

Most Pathetic cab service I have ever. I booked a cab for 5.15 am the previous night. I got confirmation too that that cab has ben booked. I called the up at 4.30 to remind. They said the driver is on the way and would give me a call. I called them again because I didn't get any call from them. They asked me my pick up and drop point repeatedly every time I called and disconnected the call more than 10 times. And finally when I really got mad at them they told me the cab broke down and another cab cannot be arranged at that time. THEY INFORMED ME THIS AT 6 WHEN THE CAB SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT MY POINT AT 5.15. The worst ever service I have ever seen in my life. A bunch of illiterate [censored]s attend the call and act like retards. NEVER EVER GO FOR AISHWARYA CABS!!

This service is the worst cap service i have ever seen..they drop people on the road..their manager has no control on the drivers..they charged senselessly..drivers are too rude and they even threatened me..this cab service should be banned..

customers by charging extra kilometers than u have travelled.I travelled 40 kms the driver charged me for 56 km. when I called the office the customer service lady hung up the call thrice.
When any customer calls to inform this sort of problem, the customer service
people make sure that the customer is wrong by giving excuses like the
driver must have taken u by other route or u must have travelled the
place which u had not mentioned at all. And if the driver is caught they
say the driver is out of station so he will later on come to ur place
and refund ur money which never happens. When u call them again the end
up in a fight giving bad words abusing cursing and then say we will not
refund ur money now. They then escape. So my personal suggestion is
please do not get cheated by using this pathetic service they are
cheaters. They harass the customer by beating around the bush the dont
talk to the point. If a customer ask to connect the call to the manger
they say do what ever u want we will not connect to the manger and call
customers useless, senseless and use bad words through out the
conversation. Like u dont have any sense u are crazy etc. According to
me their rating shud b below poor.

worst experience ever I had. I don't know how they are running the company afetr these ratings. I missed the flight becoz of the poor service and ruthless behavior
