So what has CCB managed to do, well they kept him in their custody until 28th June, and took him around the city on a joy ride, produced him in the court today. Courts are ready to give bail to him. Basaveswara nagar polic helped these cheaters to avoid arrest once again. Unforturnately for V.Bhaskar Reddy one of the victims managed to convince the judge to put him in jail until tomorrow afternoon. So he did not get bail today and went to jail. Wish every victim takes up this seriously.

Let us all hope our active CCB inspector Shri Srinivas will successfully get justice shortly for the victims by teaching a lesson to culprits.

Do not expect much from Srinivas, he does not bother to produce V.Bhaskar reddy in the court, all that he is doing is to sympathize with these cheaters. There are other higher officers who are directing the case. The cases are divided among several officers in CCB, and the other officers made sure V.Bhaskar reddy is kept jail in the cases they are handling. There are 31 cheque bounce cases on V.Bhaskar Reddy in a single court.
when I rang up to sh srinivas on his mobile[protected], as he had asked us to give a ring and checkup after sometime )he gave the call to another investigation officer. He said that they have produced both of them to court who ever lodged a complain will be getting summons at their address shortly.
Fraudulent Activies by V.Bhaskar Reddy of Aiswarya Projects /Presidency Group We Krishna Mohan Prasad and Iswar Saran Srivastava, aged 67, 68
respectively residing at house no. 11, 1st floor of Amar Medical, Laggere Main Road, Bangalore, applied on 21/06/2008 a plot bearing no. 66(corner) from the Presidency Group and paid Rs. 5, 29, 000/- as advance against the total agreed cost Rs.15, 87, 000/-by cheques(Rs.69, 000/-on 02/07/2008and Rs.4, 60, 000/-
That on payment of the afforesaid money (Rs.5, 29, 000/-) V.Bhaskar Reddy (Owner of the Presidency group )made an agreement to sale relating to aforementioned Plot on[protected] with us,
That the transaction of sale was to be completed within one month (from the date of agreement to sale i.e 12/07/08) as per terms
of agreement dated12/07/08.
that the said plot has never been transferred to me/us by saller "Ashwarya Country Annexe(Mr.Bhaskar Reddy) till to date inspite of all efforts.
That the aforesaid Presidency group issued a letter on 22/02/2010 and15/05/2009 bearing the signature of Radha B(C.R.O) stating Govt of karnataka has stopped process of issuing approvals and registration of immovable properties.
That all our efforts have failed to secure back the paid advance of sale consideration in spite of several visits to their office. Now a days even their employees are not attending the office to avoid wrath of allotees.
That i am one of the such sand witched allottee (there are about several hundreds such persons) who are neither got land nor got refund of paid advances so far and are made to run pillar to post.

In spite of all our efforts, concern authorities are not able to give justice, we senior people are also being harased, We do not under stand why Govt. is not coming forward to help the people .As complete state people are aware of this kind of fraudulent and cheating being done by V, Bhaskar Reddy and their group
Govt should collect all these data of this type and give to CID immediately and Chief Minister, Home Minister involvement is very much needed for the help to the innocent people .

V.Bhaskar Reddy and T.R Reddy had been arrested by police and released on bail after 1.5 years of complaints from victims. why it took so much time? They made public their photos with 420 boards. But under 420 case, it takes years to get your money or you may not get it as the CCB officer in charge is going very slow on this case from the beginning. They arrested them and let them go without producing them in all the cases filed on these two cheaters. It takes n number of complaints and court orders, even then we are not able to get him to court. Obviously it is the police fault, and there is black sheep. we have to get this black sheep out of the way. As you might be aware the CM himself is accused of corruption and had to resign. And there are Reddys who were indicted by the Lokayukta in government. We have been requesting the case to be given to CID, but CCB is holding the case and indirectly protecting these cheaters. In principle, these two cheaters should not be set free as there are 20 arrest warrants on them from courts in cheque bounce cases. CCB could have gone to court opposing their bail, as there are number of warrants and these two are absconding all the time. I think the next option is to report it to Lokayukta to investigate why the CCB is not producing these cheaters in courts and why it is dis-honouring the court NBWs and who is responsible behind this.
CCB PI Srinivasa's Mobile no [protected], once in a while i am giving a ring and talking to him. He says still we have to produce the documents to court, it is under investigation. complainants can check the status with the above officer to follow up the case.
He does not pick up his phone. There are enough documents and enough evidence give to them. There several arrest warrants also with them to make arrest on V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy. It is time to go to Lokayukta and complain about the CCB officers who are supporting V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy. Do not you guys realize what is happening here. They will take 10 years at the pace they are going. 1.5 years to arrest and do not oppose the bail of these Reddys. Now adays, they do not even respond to enquiries. It is time to complain to Lokayukta and kick out some police officers who are supporting these Reddys mindlessly. Without fighting it, out Police will continue to delay everything to help these Reddys. They are doing the job as far as required to protect their jobs and they are not sincere in their work and no interest to retrieve the money. They are just sympathizing for no reason with Reddys who stole several innocent customers money. How can the police sympathize with thieves? Why the Reddys are set free, when there are several NBW warrants are pending on them. Obviously, the officer in charge is protecting them by not producing them in courts. Wake up guys do the needful.
When the CCB in charge is from A.P and these Reddys are from A.P, not able to foresee any justice from them in near future for the karnataka victims. several years of complaints fallen on deaf years of this CCB. They keep dragging the case. Even several non bailable warrants on these Reddy CCB is playing only cheap tricks on the victims and protecting them. CCB was supposed to arrest Reddys years back when the complaints came to them. Victims have to wake up and give a lokayukta complaints on the CCB in-charge who is dragging the case irresponsibly and not opposing the bail to Reddys. These so called officers, are purposefully failing to produce these cheaters in cheque bounce case. Imagine 420 case, it would take 10 years, by that time we may not be alive. So demand for CID enquiry into CCB officers behaviour.
In one of the victims case, V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy will have to be produced in court on 5th August. As this is a warrant addressed to Police commissioner directly from courts, there is likely chance of they turning up at session court. There are some victims who had consumer court verdicts and want to deliver the papers to V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy, they can catch them in court on that date
When I checked up with CCB Police station in the No. 22943082 to the PI who is incharge of the case. He is mentioning that the case is not produced to court because Notary stamp is not there in many of the complaint copies. till the complainants gets notary signature it will be kept pending. So those who have not given the complaint without notary stamp can contact this number at once and do the needful to get the notary stamp to move the status of the case further.

When will i get the Summons from the court. I do not mind losing my money. Now I want the justice to prevail in this land. I will explain the judge about this criminal activity so that these guys go behind bars to clean the toilets in Parappana Agrahara for atlest rest of there life.

CCB plice are not doing their duty. Even there are nearly 40 non bailable warrants pending on V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy presently, the CCB police does not produce them in court. Several warrants issued by courts through Commissioner of police bangalore are not getting executed. This clearly shows how insincere the police are in this case, they did not file even charge sheet even after 2 years of complaints with the police, FIRs filed on these two fraudesters, but the police failed to do any justice to customers. Several complaints to the home minister to execute the NBWs also fell on deaf ears. So this is a complete failure of law and order. All victims must give a complaint in Governors office, as this scam is more than 50 crores, and the police corruption lead to the dragging of the case, it is high time the case is handed over to the CBI . V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy are absconding and as this is scam is spread across A.P and Karnataka, it is fit case for CBI investigation as it appears high profile police and politicians are backing these two criminals.
V.Bhaskar reddy of Aiswarya projects is living in J.P Nagar, Nagarjuna apartments. But the police is not able to execute non-bailable warrants issued on this fraudester. There are more than 40 non baialable warrants and so far there is no progress in the CCB case. Once they arrested and let him. Now for the past 3 years not appearing in courts. He is roaming around freely in him innova car in Bangalore.
