[Resolved]  Aishwarya Projects — Big cheat - aishwarya/presedency projects

The new layout is getting formed in place of Aerozona project (Aishwarya project which was planned adjacent international Airport road). The old board with Aerozona name is removed. I heard the new layout belongs to Garuda mall owner (ex police commissioner it seems!!), who was partner of this project with Aishwarya some time back.

How can this happen without resolving the old customers issues?

I am not legal expert, but throwing some open questions/options here..

a) can we do some protests near the layout with media attention, at least the people who wants to buy would be cautious and we can put some pressure?

b) Can we get stay order from court to stop the layout formation?

c) Can we put some pressure on CCB through court, at least to get the information on land records CCB seized?

Any other options?..

I went and visit the Aerozona project (one of the Aishwarya projects on international Ariport road) site today.
It is shocking to see the place with completely new look with new project name. Attached few photos which I took today, for your refence.
Maxworth reality agency is doing marketing for theses sites. i stayed 10 min. there and two customer
visits happened from Maxworth reality people!. They just doing marketing, it seems they don't know
the layout owner/ details etc.
It looks like forming 2 layouts (villa sites, and Premium residential layout), that's what i makeout from boards.

You can see one of the picture, it is mentioned BIAPPA approval/application number on the project board.
Anyone has old project photos with aerozona project board at same place? If so pls share them.
In my view it is good time to escalate the things and take concrete actions.
How conveniently they are selling the sites. we just can't let this to happen.
Probably, we should spread this message in all possible web forums/sites to ensure that new
buyers/customers aware of history.

4th july and 2nd August are the hearing dates of Aishwarya projects at high court. All can assemble there to know the status.

what happened in the court? is there any update? when will this Bhaskar reddy of Aiswarya projects go to jail again? There are some NBW with ACP of Rajaji nagar.

Recently one of the Bhasaveswar nagar police officer indicated that V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy are planning to escape to Dubai. Perhaps the lawyers want us to believe it and the police also does not have to execute the NBWs issued on V.Bhaskar reddy and T.R Reddy. Does anyone know the truth. The courts are still issuing NBWs on these two Reddy's. But I heard that they are building apartments in bangalore and doing their business as usual in bangalore with the looted money.

Is there a possibility to issue the cases details, warrants and layout fraud development etc in all the News daily of Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai as advertisement and if possible as advertisement on common news website .
Like a beware notice published by many organisations .

It may cost us all some money but i think it will effective in creating awareness and disallowing these people to keep cheating .

V.Bhaskar Reddy is in J.P Nagar, Delhi public school road, Nagarjuna apartment. His sister is also staying in the same apartment. Even after several warrants, the police are still say that they are not able to trace him.

Do you know which apartment projects he is doing?

Aishwarya Projects a BIG CHEAT. PLEASE DON NOT INVEST IN ANY OF THEIR PROJECTS.
I am in the same situation as you are. Let us join hands and teach these guys a lesson. I had also booked a plot and their office was in Modi Hosptail road. Now they have closed down and no sign of a refund.

There is a new DIG in Nrupathunga road office, it is worth going and complaining about CCB inaction on this case.

I am also a victim of the same scam. I have just been posted to Bangalore and intend to start my efforts to take charge of Bhaskar Reddy. Can somebody update me on the issue and advise on where to start.

Why cant all the people who have been cheated by Bhaskar Reddy join together and approach the Karnataka High Court. Can someone take the lead and publish his mobile number so that we can all contact him and join him and ask the Hon'ble Karnataka High Court to direct the Police the arrest Bhaskar Redday and T.R.Reddy immediately.

Arrest Warrant for Bhaskar Reddy pending since 2010 issued by Consumer Court, near Cauvery Bhavan, Bangalore

The consumer court adjacent to Cauvery Bhavan near State Bank of Mysore Head Office in Majestic Area issued an Arrest Warrant against Bhaskar Reddy of Aishwarya Projects in October 2010 and till date Bhaskar Reddy was not produced in the consumer court by the Bangalore Police. I met the Past as well as the Present Police Commissioner many times and requested him to take action and arrest this fraud Bhaskar Reddy. Police have not been successful in arresting him.The arrest warrant is still pending and still Bhaskar Reddy has to pay a substantial amount to me. Can anyone inform through this as to where is his present residence so that the warrant can be sent to the concerned police station of that area. I am ready to join a group that is planning to take this issue further. Please provide me the details.
