[Resolved]  Aishwarya Projects — Big cheat - aishwarya/presedency projects

Any update on the case against the Aishwarya projects promoters? What is the status of the land they own/sold in Bidadi? We purchased a plot in MyCiti. The project stopped with no trace of development 2 years after we registered the plot. For a while there was a watchman, but even he has gone for the last 3 years.

What is the latest on these scoundrels?I am also a sufferer having purchased a plot in Myciti in 2006, which was not in the list of sites released for sale/registration by BMRDA. My contact id: [protected]@yahoo.co.in. Would like to take up some joint action.

I also paid ₹2.4 lakhs for Aerozona project many years ago. Please let me know if there has been any development. Thanks Vikrant

I had also paid ₹2.4 lakhs to Aishwarya Developers in 2006. If any one has had any luck with either police case or court proceedings, please let me know. I would also like to join any collective or joint action. Please email me on kumar.[protected]@gmail.com.

I invested 4, 30, 000 during 2007 in Presidency Elite.

My agent was Smitha bhojan. She was an assistant in "Lanmark forum", in which I had attended some courses, there she got mycontact and approached me, if I can get the plot and now we all know the status. She never bothered to inform me before it fully sunk, shame.

But, I have not filed any case. I am part of a google group formed by about 50 victims, where a lot of people filed the case. Is there any way that, we can file case now and fight for the justice?.

We purchased a plot with great ideas but the whole idea came crashing on us. Please count me if we need to form an association or take any other initiative.
