I had done this course with ajax, and i can tell u frankly dat dis is of no help, just a matter of money wastage, u wont get any benefits frm dis, none of my batchmates got placed until now, dey just maild us some contacts, and only one or two nums got connectd out of dat, and dose hr ppl wr scolding us, as of frm whr u got our contact num and derz no such walkins going on, dis is the same exp with my previos batch also, so dont take risk itz of no use i guarantee u

I have done this cource years a go.
I Had 5 years experience in HR (Recruitment) i wanted to learn competency mapping and Training and Developement and wanted assistance in Getting job. but end of the day all i learned about Competency Mapping and Training was big Ziro and assistance they gave in getting job was that they formatted my resume (Good for nothing - usual old format) and said they will inform call me when suitable opening comes which never came.
About the training few trainer i found there where even less experience than me (few where good trainers) these trainers had good knowledge of the subject matter but are not made for training they do not have skill required for training.
All those who see these postings and see positives comments posted trust me these are posted by people from Ajax it self (if Kiran, Raj, Nisha, Rohan if you have really got placed in these companies i would like to see your linked in profile path if you can please post it here).
My suggetion for all who those looking to Join Ajax. Please do not join and wast money if you still want to join make sure you do not make the payment before getting Placement.
If Mr. Gangadhar (from Ajax Management) is reading this please spend money in improving the quality of training and collaboration with Companies than improving the quality of your website.

as i read these comments, i would like to say one thing many students have affected by ajax job assurance, so i agree this negative comments thanks for giving proper comments whoever gave feedback about ajax

ajax is one big fraud.. they assure saying that you ll be placed in company where we have tie up, but the fact is they dont have tie up or link with any company... just sending mails which includes company name, mail id and contact number once u complete your course; which is so easy to create this kind of information from job portals where companies post job.. They do provide books which makes no difference from txt book and info which we get from website. it is utter waste they just steal money by giving wrong information.
when this kind of work was not satisfied i repeatedly called Mr Mahindra (head of ajax) for not getting proper response from companies whether my resume got shortlisted or not.. but he didnt respond to my mail nor to my friends cal or mails.
so i and my friends met him directly in office but still he has his own way of speaking and giving answers to our qsts which is not acceptable.
finally i asked him to refund amt which i paid for course after quarrel between my parents and Mahindra ..he didnt turn up on the day when he told me to collect..after some days he was not available in any of his office, there staff told he is out of station.
This experience is not only happened to me but also to all my batch friends and previous batch friends. so I recommend not to join or enter there office...

I would like to speak on this, You are not forced to do any training right, if you have a caliber you shall definitely get a job . Wanted to update yourself with HR & Payroll knowledge then hit the training institute to learn . I have seen most of the PG colleges promise us for strong placement support but what do we get .. sales jobs or few marketing jobs in that few lucky students gets placement in big MNC.
Please note I would rather say this placement is complete in our hand may people support us or not
I personally visited ajax I felt nothing wrong in doing the training .rest is upto you guys don’t waste your time in negative thoughts rather concentrate on your career and hunt for your dream job

Dear friends, my name is manjeet and i too have got the same experience, its request to all to post your views at consumer court to give these people a lesson, they are big fraud and the course they provide for 8k actually cost 1.5 k at various instituter and that too with far better placement assistance, they are just fraud and cheaters. you all post your views at consumer court.
All positive comments are just posted by the people from ajax management itself as i am aware of 15 people from same course batch and none have got any jobs since a year from them, neither there course worth the amount as they provide you all the stuff EXACTLY SIMILAR AND EXAMPLES TOO SIMILAR available on net free of cost, also they don't have any clients and the walkin details they provide too available on job portals so its waste of time and money to invest on these frauds.
dear friend at least post your comments on face book at consumer court to get back the amount we paid for fee to this fraud people.they are just cheap frauds

Ajax people are completely heartless and inhuman.
Till the time a candidate does not pay the fees to join their course they give all assurance, promises and call the candidate several times but as soon as a candidate pays them course fees their all promises and concerns get vanished.
Ajax team misuses Naukri.com and other jobsites to contact candidates by fake job postings.
At their office, they display a list of successfull job getter candidates from Ajax but actually no one gets job from Ajax.
After completion of their course they mail interview details which is only copy and forward work of job postings of Naukri and other jobsites.
At the time of joining they promise that they have huge client-base because they also work as placement consultant but they never send any interview details for any of their so-called clients.
Ajax people create fake IDs as successful job getter to give good reviews and to reply complaints against them on different jobesites and complaint forums.
Think thousand times before joining Ajax Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore.
In fact, Ajax people earn their salaries by fooling jobless people. Ajax Team is a group of jobless
people from where they will provide jobs to others if they can not arrange jobs for themselves.

But as soon as I paid them their course fees they got vanished. Before reaching Bangalore they promised that they would arrange my stay in Bangalore but when I reached Bangalore
nothing was arranged. I have got tapped in Bangalore with family only because of false promise by Ajax Team.

I can tell u frankly dat none of my batch mates got jobs frm ajax, itz very pathetic we did training and dey just give us some leads, we were almost 30 ppl frm diff parts of india, none of the intrvws workd out, dis is my exp with ajax, so dont take a risk o[censored]r future.
