I am a subscriber of telephone, broadband & IPTv (cable TV ) services provided by MTNL. It is my experience that one should I am not being able to view bare necessary news for the last 2 months.Everytime i have complained there is a new operator who registers the complain and thae NO ACTION .The service engineer who came everytime to attend is unable to rectify so I am without IPTV for the last 2 months Milton Fernandes 28375612 | |

I installed IPTV from MYWAY BSNL in the month of February 2010. since installation the services not comming in properway. The Picture skipping, hang and more and more...After so many complains, company is still not solving my problems.
Now I am asking my money back and agree to return the box provided by company, but the costomercare operator dont support for that. I ask for the authorised person details and contect, but they are not giving me anything more....
Please advise and do needful in this matter.
