AKME BALLET by Akme projects is no longer a luxury apartment, thanks to the promoters Anil Nanda group.
As of today (3rd Nov 2008) the project is not complete as claimed by their website.
1) Three blocks (D, E&F) are still under construction.
2) No sign of internal club house(as compare to world class club house mentioned in their web site).
3) 1 Lacs taken for Fern CLub membership, but till today no progress
4) Parking allotment is still not in place
5) Water logging everywhere during rains
There are so many other areas still under construction/not complete.
My suggestion, PLEASE BE CAREFUL before thinking of AKME. Was this information helpful? |
