alain National Teaching Hospital — Phony job offer

I applied over the internet for a vacancy of "Medical Rep" at ALain National Teaching hospital. I received an e-mail from them a few days ago offering me the position and enclosing a contract of employment and telling me to phone or e-mail a Mr Steve Popovich who I was told was the Chief Immigration Officer. I was told in the contract to pay for the visa as soon as possible, and I would be recompensed upon starting employment. I have contacted this hospital and they do not know of any person by the name of Dr David ASlexei, who signed the contract. I have also been unable to contact Mr Steve Popovich, but contacted UAE Immigration who told me they do not know him. I enslose the contract I was sent.
