Dear sir,
I purchased a printer on 19 may 2010 vide invoice no;0905 and Sl.no. CN01GB54BQ. Now it is not getting ON. Inspite of trying to contact every effort is going in vain. Finally I got phone number of INGROW Wilson Garden Bangalore. Asked me to bring the printer to the service center. After taking to service center refused to service and asking me to go to some local repairer. Now my question:
1. What is the meaning of Warranty,?
2. If you cannot service why you are selling the product?
3. How much time will it take to respond to the complaint?
4. Eqpt is barely used for not even 20 days and it shows how poorer is the quality of your product.
5. Are you selling your product to test my patience and waste my time and money?
You please return back my money and also tell me where to return your product.
