i've purchased garments of Rs. 10261.00 from Inorbit mall outlet of Allensolly, Vashi, Navimumbai on 18.07.2013, and given it for alteration, inspite of frequent follow up they r not giving me my purchased garments due to misplace. pl. do needful to recover it.

allen solly — fabric fault
20 days before i took two allen soley trousers but from back side some fabrics ha gone.I went to exchange but they are telling it is happened by you so, we can't change.
Now who will believe these branded clothes specially in brand factory.
they are mixing some defective pieces with the bulk of clothes & making the customer fool.
if you will tell any thing then they will tell at the time of purchase it was fine only now you made some mistake.
so, don't buy clothes specially from brand factory.
