[Resolved]  Alliance Nirmaan Ltd — booking amount not refund and check bounce

i booked 6 flat in alliance nirman ltd in 2007 till now no any flat ready and no money refund ,i have already contact in Delhi office but no any suitable answer ,after 2 year 2009 company give me 2 check but both are bounced ,now 2012 but no any solution ..........i m very depressed
