[Resolved] Alliance Nirmaan Ltd — Advance for a flat in Rudrapur

I have invested for a flat in Cedar Highs in Rudarpur and invested Rs 2.25 lakh for a 1100 sft flat.It has been almost 2 years that no construction has come up . The builder has withdrawn this category of flat from this apartment as per their advertisment on their official website. I am requesting for refund but no response. Pl help. Hi Manisha,

A lot of people have been duped by these guys including myself. The only recourse is legal action. I have already initiated a case against them. And one needs to file a case within 3years from last communication proof

Well, Take legal action...write to police and make a receipt of your complaint. Get your complaint registered with Ministry of corporate affairs and keep following with all departments.

Get a case registered in consumer court.

Take all actions what ever you can so that YUVRAJ SINGH and ARVINDER SINGH (Both brothers) come to know that it is not easy to survive after doing this scam.

We all need the good luck and positive energy to get on justice.
