[Resolved] Alliance Nirman Ltd. — Refund not given | |
I booked two flats in ALLIANCE NIRMAAN's "cedar high" at rudrapur(uttranchal) one from the name of Anil Tyagi and the other with a partner Devendra Chowdhry with 50% investment, with a thought that i will get gud profit on it as the property dealer told me. but after so much of time got passed no construction work was started at the construction site of ALLIANCE NIRMAAN because of which i applied to refund my amount of booking. on 12-july-2008 i got a cheque of Rs-2,38,125 from ALLIANCE NIRMAAN with a fake firm called G.N PROPERTIES Pvt. ltd. of faridabad and the cheque got bounced and i received no money. even on today's date i.e- 21-jan-2010 i haven't got any amount or even a convincing reply from them. so many times i called Mr. Amrinder singh and Yuvraaj singh the owner of the firm but they didn't even picked up the phone as if like they didn't have any liablity of giving answers to their investors. and around 100 times i visited their office in Narain Manzil , barakhamba road in delhi but even there i haven't got any convincing answer. please help me out. Well, Take legal action...write to police and make a receipt of your complaint. Get your complaint registered with Ministry of corporate affairs and keep following with all departments.
Get a case registered in consumer court.
Take all actions what ever you can so that YUVRAJ SINGH and ARVINDER SINGH (Both brothers) come to know that it is not easy to survive after doing this scam.
We all need the good luck and positive energy to get on justice.

Is anybody got sucess to get refund from this Fraud company Alliance Nirman. Can we all joint hand & make legal case as group. I am also in same boat & waiting for refund from last 4 years. Please send me e-mail whoever still waiting for refund & interested to take leagal action. It's our hard earned money & need to take back with interest.

Is anybody received refund from Alliance Nirman Limited. I bought plot in Alliance city one but not received either plot or money back.I filed case in National consumer court but problem is nobody in Alliance Nirman office in Delhi to receive notice.

if we a a cheated community agree we should bang on thier office or any ministry...and stand collectively agaist them
