[Resolved]  Alps — Bridal Makeup

I booked Bharti Taneja- Alps for my bridal and pre bridal make up. They charged me some where around Rs 8000/- for bridal makeup and Rs[protected]/- for pre bridal make up. I was assured that my makeup shall be done by best of their trained make up staff. However nothing of that sort happened. I was highly disgusted to see my myself after makeup. More so the staff is damn arrogant and proud. They do even care to listen to your request. Not just that i paid Rs 500/- extra for flowers because wedding is special for every girl and i wanted to look good. They used cheap quality flowers and they were not even fresh. The whole purpose of writing this complaint is that people must understand that brand does not really matters because these branded beauty clinics are doing all fraudulent activities and they do not deliver promises. The staff is so arrogant that they consider themselves superior and above all they dare to insult you. This is my experience of Alps located at Vikas Puri.
