[Resolved]  Amazon. Com — AMZN.COM/ BILL WA

I have many charges against both my credit cards. One was closed because of other fraudulant charges (1997) and the other ending in 1474. Some of the charges are valid, but I'm not sure which ones, because Amazon needs to send me an itemized bill, with a 1-800 number so that I can validate these charges. Otherwise all charges could be disallowed. I would prefer to have a 1-800 number so that I can discuss all of these charges with you, because I know that some of them are valid, So, please send me that number quickly! Thank you,

I have 2 chargers on my credit card ending in 6476.
(1) Trans date 07/10/09 for the amount of 54.43 and (2) Trans 07/10/09 for the amount of 59.99. I never made these purchases and I want my my money reimbursed. I dont even use this card for purchases.

I have an item on my most recent bill, and I cannot find a paper copy of the transaction nor an on-line copy of a transaction that comes to this amount: $29.48. The date of the transaction is August 7. Can you tell me the details of that transaction or help me get it deleted? Thank you.

I ordered a childs bench on 07/02/2009 Recieved it & it was broken, I tried for several days to get them to reply to my e mail which they finally did with instructions of how to send back. We sent it back, I have the UPS receipt where we sent it & they sent a reply that they had received it back. We still have not been credited on our Visa acct. This is our 2nd statement where it has not been credited.

I was happy with ordering off of Amazon until today I have a bill of 82.53 for nothing I bought, on my checking account . How do you do this to people who trust you? I was charge twice on Sept 28th 2009. For $35.36 and $40.48. I called Amazon at[protected].

They filled out a disput form since I had not bought anything from Amazon since July of '09.

I also filed a disput of thse charges with Capitol One.

I am waiting to hear back from both.

I ordered one book titled "Many Lives, Many Masters" (#[protected] on 30.07.09 from Amazon.com, LLC and paid $20.96 (cost of book - $10.98, Shipping and Handling charges $9.98 towards Standard Int'l Shipping from my mastercard.

Estimated date of delivery was 05.09.2009.

Till date, i.e. on 05.10.2009, I am still waiting for the delivery of book.

I am not sure how can I get the book after paying such a huge price. I ordered this book due to reputation of Amazon.com only.

Can anybody tell me about the prcoedure to get the refund as Amazon.com seems to have no procedure for complaint handling.

i have my salary account in masab tank SBI branch. on 1 july 2009 SBI atm was not working so i tried in 2 or 3 other banks ATM. talast i got money from axis bank. i withdrawn 6000 rupees whereas my account has debited with 6000 twice equals 12000. i gave this complain to many times to the branch office and they assured me that they will take action on it and i will get money back. till now i havn't receive my money. i really need your help to take action on it serious.
