[Resolved]  Amc Cookware — DISSATISFACTION OF PRODUCT

Ref : Inv.No.TN03/2010/0002787 dated 29.11.2010.
Sub : Cancellation of HP Contract
With referene to the above Invoice we have purchased AMC Classic Set – SL Type CW for Rs.44200/- in November 2010, I have signed in your HP contract for the period of 12 months and issued 13 cheques in your company name as follows :
1. Nov.2010 – Chq.No.125201 for Rs.8340/-
2. Dec..2010 – Chq.No.125204 for Rs.3374/-
3. Jan.2011 - Chq.No.125203 for Rs.3374/- (Cheq bounced & paid by cash)
4. Feb.2011 - Chq.No.125205 for Rs.3374/-
5. Mar.2011 - Chq.No.125206 for Rs.3374/-
6. Apr.2011 - Chq.No.125207 for Rs.3374/- (Stop payment instruction given to Bank)
7. May.2011 - Chq.No.125208 for Rs.3374/- (Stop payment instruction given to Bank)
8. June.2011 - Chq.No.125209 for Rs.3374/- (Stop payment instruction given to Bank)
9. Jul.2011 - Chq.No.125210 for Rs.3374/- (Stop payment instruction given to Bank)
10. Aug.2011 - Chq.No.125211 for Rs.3374/- (Stop payment instruction given to Bank)
11. Sep.2011 - Chq.No.125212 for Rs.3374/- (Stop payment instruction given to Bank)
12. Oct.2011 - Chq.No.125213 for Rs.3374/- (Stop payment instruction given to Bank)
13. Nov.2011 - Chq.No.125214 for Rs.3374/- (Stop payment instruction given to Bank)
Since we are not satisfied with your product, we decided to return back the set and we have given stop payment for balance cheques to bank and also informed to your customer care unit Mr.Karthik reg. this.
Even then your company has deposited my april & may cheque and it was dishonoured. Once the customer informed about the dissatisfaction and Cheque stop payment, you should not present the cheques, but you have presented. This is not good service.
On 15.05.2011 Mr.Karthik (AMC Cookware, Customer care) came to our house and he taken back the following items:
1. 20 High
2. Grater
3. Combi Bowl
4. Suck knob
5. Skillet
6. Cooking Book
7. Softeria
8. Adopter

After this we have received a letter from you regarding the dishonor of Cheque, we have already surrendered our vessels to Mr.Karthik, Customer Care-Chennai and we have already informed to your Chennai office about the stop payment of cheques & dissatisfaction of your products.

Kindly send us the exact bill for the items left with us, the termination of HP contract & Unused cheques at the earliest


Kindly do the needful immediately.
