I have bought a flat at Rose block at Panchkula Appartments in Amravati Enclave. These people (Kulbhushan Goel, Veer Bhan) shown me the differnt picture. They told me that if you buy a property in this colony you would get a free club membership, there is a park just beside your flat, 24 hour power backup, 2 lifts but the situation is very different now. They are charging us Rs850 as maintenance charges per month, Rs 500 for club (for that club which doesnot have basic infrastructure ie Gym without equipments, Restaurant without furniture) The park which they promised us next to our flat tower has taken place by Dharamshala. How come they are getting permission from HUDA????Now when we approach them they cant treat us properly. there are 2 lifts but only 1 is operational without liftman only 1 tubelight per corridor, poor construction.Still they say that there are 4 towers more to be built!!! One cant see sunrise or sunset. Flats are built in such a manner people can see each other flats. It is like a chaul. I suggest to there future customers not to go by there words they are hopeless people they are only here to make money by any means. HUDA please wake up. Was this information helpful? |
